First off I want to personally thank Tina for really committing a few hours of her day to helping me find a truly jaw dropping stone. Secondly, after spending months looking for an engagement ring and not ever feeling, like I found something as special as my girl deserves, I came across NWD. Tina helped go through multiple stones until I found the 4 C’s that fit my budget and my exceeded my expectations. Shane Brothers use to have a saying, “ Now you have a friend in the diamond business.” If that’s the case, Tina made me feel like I had family in the business. I never yelp or trust pilot, but they are so good, I simply had to put it out there. I will definitely be back!

I had ordered a criss-cross lab grow diamond ring from NWD. It’s pretty but too bulky for me, so I contacted them for a return ticket and they sent it to me within minutes. There was no problem at all. They are very nice and responsive, especially Anji, whom I communicated with. Anyway, I just ordered another one from them and it arrived today. I really love it, plenty of fire and sparkles. Thanks NWD for your reasonable price and excellent service. I will definitely order more from you soon
