The product never arrived
The product never arrived.
I paid £18.59 for shipment (the product costs £25) so it's quite expensive for the product purchased. Still, after waiting the max 14 days promised the product still hasn't arrived. They took 7 days to ship the product.
I contact the customer service chat on their website and they take 2 or more days to answer. I am leaving the country and I was hoping to take the stand (as it is meant to be used for travel).
I will probably not be in the country once it arrives. I would like to be sure or get any response on my package or a refund.

Cheap, light, great build.
Ordered the K2 laptop stand from the official store. The item arrived in 4 days.
So far this is the most impressive stand I have ever used.
It's cheap, light, great build. Ordered this one because it has the best height settings among the competitors, very convenient to have it makes sitting in front of the laptop screen much comfortable.
Holds the 16 inch macbook firmly.

I purchased the remote working kit and I've been loving it! Sturdy, lightweight, height-adjustable and looks good! I purchased a lot of laptop stands over the years and they never lasted, or were too bulky to carry around, the K2 has quality, portability and aesthetic. The mouse and keyboard are easily portable, with the accompanying bag and they're very comfortable. The height-adjusting feature is very well designed in the K2. As a writer who is at least 8 hours a day on my laptop... i'm happy i don't have to worry about neck issues or carpal tunnel anymore!

Must Buy Laptop Stand!
The absolute best Laptop Stand I've ever used!
Working remotely a lot I needed something sturdy and adjustable for my work, and this stand absolutely throws everything else out of the water. I have the K2 stand and I will never use another stand. Its portability is amazing and feels so rugged. It's changed the way I work for the better, without a doubt.

Excellent foldable stand for laptop light but sturdy good value easy to use - I only discovered this as someone unfolded one next to me on the train, blocking me in by the window - I was so impressed though I took down the brand and bought one - a great purchase

I read loads of reviews online before choosing this stand, and so far, it's living up to expectations! Super light-weight, easy to assemble and fold down. Adjustable and works really well for my MacBook Air.

Nexstand K2
Honestly, probably my most enjoyable experience related to a purchase. The whole process was very professional and thought out. Shipping was quicker than what was estimated and while I was waiting (maybe a couple of days), I received a simple instruction video about the product and I was being informed continuously about the shipping. I like the stand too, it's very useful and improved my zoom calls instantly. I don't have long term experience but hopefully it will serve me for a reasonably long time.
