Unpaid Salaries — Over 30 Team Members Still Awaiting Compensation
I am writing this review to raise serious concerns regarding Next Basket's unethical treatment of its remote workforce.
I personally have four months of unpaid salary (July to October) still pending. I am not the only one — more than 30 team members from Pakistan, the Philippines, Nigeria, and other countries are also waiting for their hard-earned wages.
We delivered consistent work and met expectations, yet we’ve been ignored and left without payment for months. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, no communication plan, and no accountability from management.
This is not just a delay — it is a complete failure to honor financial obligations and respect the people who helped build your product. A company that operates this way should be held responsible.
If Next Basket values its reputation and future partnerships, it must begin repaying its outstanding dues immediately — even if in installments. Until then, I cannot recommend working with or for this company.
