Came here as I was about to order from Back market but just as I was about to pay they upped their price, but I noticed they were selling through next day mobiles, so I went directly to this website and ordered a Google pixel 7 pro. It arrived within 2 days and It was the cheapest model of its type I could find anywhere on the internet. I bought it in good condition but when it arrived it was actually in excellent condition. 2 weeks since then and no complaints from me.

Fast delivery and item as described. Fantastic customer service to quickly resolve an issue that I had a number of months after the purchase. Would highly recommend to friends & family

Ordered my phone late on Thursday, it arrived Saturday morning 👍.
The phone was in pristine condition with no visible marks. I was a bit wary about buying second hand, but then I did buy a second hand car this year😂. Would definitely buy refurbished again, and from this company. Only downside was that I had to install updates to the system and security, quite bit ones. Not a problem but thought this would have been part of the refurbishment process. Having said that I am very pleased with the service and the phone. Thankyou😃

The phone we had just over 11 months ago was in excellent condition but, just one of those things, had a charging problem. I can’t speak too highly of the quality of NextDay’s customer service. I was initially slightly irritated as I couldn’t find a phone number, and when I did couldn’t get a reply, so resorted to their email service as requested on their website. Responses we’re very quick and I got a free return label the same day. We had a new phone by the end of the week of equally good quality -amazing service, and any emails or queries during this time were promptly responded to . Highly recommended.

Bought an S21 in fair condition, phone looked fine and had a good 2 days use before screen went blank and never worked again, informed to send back and get fixed ,replaced or refund, if it was fixed it would be returned within 3 business days, first of said the wrong handset was returned, then when I questioned this the next day the parcel arrived apparently, never received any communication atall about the possibility of it being fixed was never offered a replacement and definitely wasn't offered a refund after being messed about which is what I wanted, so now a couple of weeks after sending it I have received the broken handset back, absolutely terrible customer service, avoid like the plague as all is well until there's an issue and they will do all they can not to honour there own commitments.

Ordered a phone on the Tuesday before 3pm and it arrived on Wednesday, the next day. Very well packaged to a avoid damage. Will definitely buy from again if this is the level of service given.

I ordered a S21 Ultra Friday morning and it arrived Saturday morning which was amazing and haven't had any issues with the phone whatsoever.

I got the phone in C condition and the only visual marks on the phone are on the edges where the previous owner had a case on so I'm actually really pleasantly surprised. Being my first ever purchase of a used/refurbished phone I will definitely be a returning customer for my next upgrade.

I saw this business was based in South Wales so living in South Wales myself it was a no brainer to support a small business and I'm really glad I did! Give them a go you will not be disappointed!!

Product information was clear, prices reasonable, ordering process easy, phone was in excellent condition despite only being rated 'good', next day delivery (yes paid extra for this but was reliable and not so expensive) all in all a top class experience. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought a s10 through backmarket in excellent condition, phone was put on a protective case and screen protector straight out of the box.
After 1 month and a half it completely died out of the blue, more like green actually because the screen just gonne green and never turned on again.
Sent it back in bubble wrap envelope and couple of days later got a msg on bm page saying the seller said they would replace it with a phone in fair condition as there was large scratches on the screen.
The phone belongs to my daughter wich barely used it and doesn't even take it out because she's afraid to brake it out loose it, so litteraly all she has done with it was WhatsApp calls with her friends while playing games on the laptop.
Seller clearly taking advantage of the fact that I didn't take a picture when sent it back but also couldn't provide pics of the "large scratches on the screen".
Also to be honest with you if I had sold someone a phone in excellent condition and it died within 2 month I would be offering the customer a replacement in better than excellent condition if that was a thing, just out of embarrassment and pure customer care etiquette.
But that's just me I guess

Bought a replacement Pixel 4a for one that was water damaged. Phone arrived on time, and although classified as 'good' condition - it's perfect, like new. It had been factory reset - so was ready to setup like a new phone. Brilliant service.

Order arrived on time and everything was accurate

I bought a cheap Samsung J3 and am very pleased with it. It matches the description from the website and works perfectly. Delivery didn’t arrive next day, but that was the fault of Royal Mail, it came the next day. I would definitely buy from here again if I need another refurbished phone.

Purchased a Pixel 6 via BackMarket from Nextdaymobiles.com. BackMarket said delivery on 11th or 12th January 2023 but it never came.. was sent via Dpd but the seller did not seem able or willing to chase Dpd for updates or for the phones whereabouts, which surely should be pretty simple???
Well Back Market says refund any time for any reason but it would appear that not having received the phone that had been paid for did not count for a refund...So can not really be without a phone and all that so have had to reach out to PayPal to resolve this matter.
