One sided site
Terrible site you have to be so careful what you say as the moderators kept giving me kindness reminders for using words like homeless, covid, idiot, hitting, kicking,i never swore i was not in anyway offensive, abrupt yes if someone was rude to me popular topic trump was continuously berated so as a bad taste joke i said trump is king to which that comment was deleted because it was disrespectful so berating trump was not disrespectful this must be an american site as they allowed this berating,im no fan bit it shows exactly what side of the fence its on i have left this site now as its crap
I placed an advertisement for my…
I placed an advertisement for my business once, and it was completely ineffective. However, without my knowledge, they withdrew money every week for three months, charging between 25 and 28 pounds for advertising fees. They are stealing. I have frozen my credit card and filed a complaint to take legal action against them. Stay away from such companies and applications.
Politically biased next door needs to be replaced!
Next door doesn't care that our economy is crashing. First they suspend me for posting a local event for 2 weeks, followed by sharing a peaceful protest 15 minutes from me. And they're claiming that's not local?! So they don't want us to communicate even though they've been filtrated all of our neighborhoods?? They are biased, politically and racially. Ends of story. I would love to see a non-biased neighborhood app and this ain't it!
Nextdoor’s moderation system is…
Nextdoor’s moderation system is extremely unfair. I was suspended indefinitely simply for replying to neighbours who were openly asking for services.
I did not spam, I did not advertise randomly — I only answered people who were requesting help. Despite acting respectfully and following what I believed were community standards, my account was blocked without proper explanation or a fair opportunity to appeal.
Nextdoor claims to be about community and helping neighbours, but in practice, they treat genuine offers of help as violations.
If you are self-employed or offer any services, be very careful: you can be blocked and silenced without any real investigation. Very disappointing experience.

So I joined just to find an odd job man signed in using my email within an hour my account was suspended because they wanted my name dob and even an uploaded government document.
I uploaded a bailiff letter and told them to fook off and stop trying to track and trace and be fookng nosey I wanted help not to join a fake community of sheep friends. What a joke.
Nextdoor - Protecting BIGOTS & RACISTS
Nextdoor is nothing more than a cowardly service which hides bigots and racists. My account was suspended for 30 days for confronting a racist bigoted individual, because I stated that bigots like him deserve to perish! They're refusing to take any action on the bigots, have conveniently deleted my cgat history, and are currently refusing to inform me of how to make a complaint against them and their policies. Nextdoor is a hotbed for bigots and racists whom they support wholeheartedly, but if you confront them with the same venom, they take action against you. Nextdoor Support Team, Emmanuel & Kristine, you are all nothing short of disgraceful
Absolutely awful app
Absolutely awful app. Terrible experience with aggressive people and didn't get a sense of community at all. Staff up to no good. Very unpleasant app to be on. Other social media apps about my local area are far more constructive and helpful.
Deleted My Account, Still Getting Emails – This Is NOT Okay
I deleted my Nextdoor account weeks ago, thinking I was finally free of the nonstop notifications and neighborhood drama. But guess what? I’m still getting notification emails — AFTER deleting my account.
This is not just annoying, it’s a serious privacy violation. When someone deletes their account, that should mean full data deletion — not just a half-baked deactivation while you keep sending junk to my inbox.
What Nextdoor is doing here is sketchy at best and potentially illegal, depending on where you live. If they’re ignoring account deletions, what else are they holding onto behind the scenes?
I recommend others think twice before signing up. Respect your users, Nextdoor — and follow the law.

They use outdated information and use wrong contact numbers a terrible online service
Moderators of the site disregard and…
Moderators of the site disregard and blur the line between free speech and speaking the honest truth as such they look upon it as public shaming! Even though no images or names have been put in your posts that you do publish, of such harrowing experience and treatment of others, in speaking outright about it in publishing it a post on the site, gets withdrawn or reported by the perp who can't take back what they're good at dishing out.
Heavy unreasonable censorship
Suspended after posting a derogatory comment about the unreasonable behavior of Travellers.
Horrible site
Horrible site, horrible admins. Suspend your account with no warning. Loose all your contacts made etc.
Nextdoor is toxic
Nextdoor is toxic. Racists paradise. I have been suspended indefinitely for speaking out against racist comments. I was reported and suspended. I requested Nextdoor to review my suspension and they promised to respond in 24 hours. They have not responded and have ignored me. I said I would accept suspension rather than be tolerant of racism.
Non free speech platform
Non free speech platform. And very little usefulness. Been a member from 2018. Hade very little use out of it. Was more fighting with snowflakes in there, then having a proper discussion. Requested acc deletion.
Does not work as intended
Does not work as intended. Shows everyone in the city instead neighbours that are in my immediate neighbourhood. Lots of ads, junk. This should work like a community noticeboard. As it stands, the noticeboard at the local shop has been more helpful. App is also hard to navigate.

Not sure where or how they got my details but it certainly was not from me. GDPR clearly isn’t a thing to these
Poor Customer Support
I was conversing with a customer support representative named Emanuel about an issue I had when he stopped responding entirely. Extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
Leave my location and email alone thanks
