The process felt more confusing and…

The process felt more confusing and difficult than I had expected. The team utilized terms that I didn't know which made setting up the system more complicated than it needed to be. This could have been avoided if the team was trained to use everyday language to explain steps. Once our numbers were ported, our system was shifted out of implementation very quickly. However, there were still several issues with the system that remained unresolved. Despite putting in tickets over a week ago for support and following up, I've yet to hear back on these issues.

AMAZING

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the installation/set-up process was. The team worked together really well and were able to quickly respond and were all informed of our company's current status. Hannah (the sales rep) was incredible in identifying our needs and understanding future growth needs. The system is very intuitive.

Nextiva is a great solution provider

Nextiva is a great solution provider with an industry leading platform for both SMB and Enterprise. They have a ton of out of the box integrations, and a solid price point to boot. I have worked with them on several engagements, and their onboarding is solid, and they have a good support program after the sale. I have worked with a mid market salesperson, Hannah Eberle in the past, and she provided great customer service.

Great VoIP Solution Made Better by Outstanding Account Support

Nextiva has been an excellent VoIP solution from both a service and implementation standpoint. The setup process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to manage, with minimal disruption to our operations. Call quality has been reliable, and the platform is intuitive for both users and administrators.
Hannah Eberle, our account executive, was a great help throughout the process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in addressing our questions and ensuring everything stayed on track from start to finish. Her support made the transition seamless.
Overall, we’re very satisfied with Nextiva and would recommend their VoIP service to organizations looking for a dependable system and strong customer support.

Best VOIP app for SMBs

Nextiva is a powerful and easy to use app. It works well and any time I need help, their support is super responsive. I've tried others and this was the most straightforward of all VOIP options. highly recommend for SMBs

Extremely Satisfied with Nextiva after evaluating several VoIP providers…

After evaluating several VoIP providers for our growing real estate portfolio, we selected Nextiva and have been extremely satisfied with the decision. As a company managing multiple entities across several states, reliability and scalability were non-negotiable — Nextiva has delivered on both. The platform has been rock-solid, with minimal downtime and consistent call quality across all of our locations.
From a cost perspective, Nextiva is highly competitive. For a portfolio of our size, managing communication costs across multiple locations can add up quickly — Nextiva's pricing structure has allowed us to consolidate our phone services under one platform without sacrificing quality or features, resulting in meaningful cost savings compared to our previous setup.

Very confusing interface

Very confusing interface, while some support team are good, it is otherwise difficult to get text message application approved. The recording section is separate from calls and text history unless you upgrade, which feels like discomfort for the sake of getting upsells to the more expensive product.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Our company was sold on Nextiva by their website which made it seem like everything we needed, AI Agent, Texting, Calls. Sales line was quick but as soon as we began onboarding, the nightmare began. we had ONE onboarding call with a woman who was impatient and could not complete it with us. I contact customer service just to wait for 2 HOURS for a representative and THEN get transferred 3 TIMES. I contacted our sales guy who "Escalated" this issue. Apparently that means NOTHING to this company. They called me at 8:30 AT NIGHT! Then sent an email asking when was a good time to call, I responded at 8:34 saying Tomorrow between 1-2 EASTERN. NEVER got a call. Wasted my time calling support AGAIN to find a gentle man who helps briefly and schedules a call back the NEXT day at 11am to continue helping. its now 3:30pm and I have yet to receive this call. Im requesting a refund. This has been a complete waste of time and clearly a company only focused on SALES than actual support.

Top notch service

The electronic faxing capabilities of Nextiva is nothing sort of amazing. Quality service and an excellent product that integrated seamlessly into our work environment without any issues. Your data is safe and the faxing service is reliable and efficient. I highly recommend this to any business looking to reduce waste (less paper usage) and cost.
