Thoroughly impressed with this phone system and the support team that assisted us during implementation. Nextiva has been awesome to use and work with. Super reliable with pretty much 99.999% uptime and their customer service has been great in assisting us with any requests! Sean and Garrett have been great to work with and made our transition from an old Avaya system to the current Poly system we have now, smooth and easy! As a Systems Administrator who uses this service every day, I highly recommend this provider for their high-quality service and support.

I have been a customer of Nextiva and I am deeply disappointed with the direction their support has taken. The shift to AI-driven support has made it nearly impossible to reach an actual human being, and it has turned what should be a simple task like provisioning a phone into an absolute nightmare.
I spent an entire day trying to resolve this issue. I was bounced from an AI chatbot that couldn't help me, to email support that never responded, to a live chat queue where I sat for over an hour with zero transparency about my position in line. No updates, no estimated wait time, nothing. Just complete silence while my issue went unresolved.
This kind of support experience is unacceptable for a business communications platform. Companies rely on Nextiva to keep their operations running and when something goes wrong, they need real, responsive help. Not an endless loop of automated dead ends.
I genuinely hope Nextiva takes customer feedback seriously and reconsiders these decisions before they do lasting damage to their reputation. Right now, this is the worst support experience I have ever had with any service provider, period. If things don't change, I cannot see myself or any business that values reliable support staying with them long-term.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. They advertise great customer service and fast response times—but that only applies when you’re trying to buy their service. Once you’re a paying customer, getting support is a completely different story.
I spent 3 hours waiting for a chat response and 3 days to get help when my phone number stopped working. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for something critical.
I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Definitely not reliable.

Terrible customer service
I’ve been a customer for years, but this company clearly only cares about getting new customers, not keeping the ones they already have. Anytime you have a technical issue, you’re left on hold for over an hour with no real help or updates. It’s frustrating and disrespectful to people who are already paying for their service.
What’s even worse is that if you call the sales extension, they pick up almost immediately. That tells you everything you need to know — they prioritize making new money over supporting the customers they already have.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliable customer support. 📞❌
