Didn't Get the Job Done
Their quote was middle of the road. I accepted it and signed on for a 5 day window for them to engage a carrier. I gave them 10 days, each day hearing "we're working it", "it's been given high priority", "there's a shortage of carriers right now". At no time did they communicate to me, I had to keep calling them. When I finally cancelled, they contacted me the next morning to tell me that they had a driver lined up who would ship the car for a 43% increase over their original quote. No way was I going to reward them by accepting their bait and switch. I signed on that day with a different broker who engaged a carrier in 4 hours for 20% less than Nexus' bait and switch number. In my case, I don't think they ever intended to ship my car at the original price. I would never use them again.
