Do not choose Nexus Energy Systems if…

Do not choose Nexus Energy Systems if you are looking for solar. They do not live up to their promises. I took my first review down because Chris Zettel, COO, promised to take care of everything. Six months later and it is even worse. They ruined our roof and are unable to fix it. Eight(!!!) attempts in four months. And that is not the only issue. Do not trust these positive reviews. We did and we deeply regret it. Poor workmanship, unreliable and chaotic.

UPDATE: It took them 14 attempts to replace ALL broken tiles.

UPDATE II: Our ordeal with Nexus is still ongoing. We are entering YEAR THREE now. Our roof startet leaking last winter and we have water damage in ceiling and walls. Nexus does not reply for multiple weeks and when they do it is to tell us that we have to wait until they can schedule us. We are waiting for four months for them to fix it. Again: DO NOT choose Nexus.
