Upon arrival (Dominican Republic Airport) to departure from casa marina beach and reef resort our both sunwing nexus tour guides were friendly, welcoming, helpful and made sure to let us know theyre with us every step of the way if needed. Bus transfer was fun, driver was safe and on time. Staff at casa marina sosoua beach and reef resort were great hard workers as well, great service aside for readiness of our room the day of arrival. Didn't get the room fill 3 and a half hours after checking in.

Worst excursion I’ve ever been on
Worst excursion I’ve ever been on - Horseback riding in Saint Lucia. Started with getting a small horse with s small saddle causing my butt to hurt for 3 days due to the rocky, bumpy roads. The ride to the beach had so much garbage along the way, and when we got to the beach it was full of seaweed and the area had a strong sulfer smell. Half of our party didn’t go in the water with the horse and we certainly didn’t want to swim in waters with so much seaweed. The picture in the brochure and the website was nothing like what we experienced.

We have used nexus transfers 3 times…
We have used nexus transfers 3 times now. Very happy with the services and drivers as well as the vehicles. This time though the agent told us we would need to wait 30-45 minutes for our private transfer to arrive to take us to our hotel. When I expressed my disappointment the ride was available within 10 minutes. Not sure why the difference but pleased with the 10 min instead of 45
