Excellent service . Would recommend the drivers have water for their guests as it’s very hot when travellers land . 1 bottle per person .

We have used nexus transfers 3 times…

We have used nexus transfers 3 times now. Very happy with the services and drivers as well as the vehicles. This time though the agent told us we would need to wait 30-45 minutes for our private transfer to arrive to take us to our hotel. When I expressed my disappointment the ride was available within 10 minutes. Not sure why the difference but pleased with the 10 min instead of 45

Dissatisfied repeat visitors

We have come to Antigua 5 times on WestJet vacations and every time it has taken an hour or more at the airport for Nexxus to collect all the WestJet folks and then figure out the taxi plan. You know who is coming , and what resort we are going to and we are all on the same plane. We are eager to start our holiday. Why does this process take so long? It doesn’t make me want to the book tours with the company

Sitting sideways in the back of a truck…

Sitting sideways in the back of a truck was unpleasant and uncomfortable. A couple of the guests felt nauseus. A couple of times, we spent time sitting waiting for another vehicle of tourists rather than getting on with the tour. The driver was fairly knowledgeable about the locations we visited.

Nexus transfer buses

The Nexus reps at airport to take us to hotel were very efficient. Much better experience than in Cancun. David was very helpful and loved his humor. Our transfer bus back to the airport was early and Nexus rep very informative and friendly.

We were picked up on time at the…

We were picked up on time at the airport and delivered to the resort without issues. Our return trip was just as efficient, we were picked up on time and taken directly to the airport. Vehicles were clean and well maintained!
