Super solid device and is the quality of a high-end cell phone. Super simple to use and the setup instructions are very precise.
If you've ever owned a ledger and had to push those little two buttons a million times you will greatly appreciate this unit.

The Ngrave is one of the most expensive cold wallets on the market but it's definitely worth it! It is the most secure cold wallet worldwide and the display is big compared to other cold wallets. I also apprechiate the excellent customer support!

Excellent device well worth the price. Top security . Easy to set up and use. Solid well made. Honestly one of the best investments I ever made. Your keys your crypto.

Great security device, however balance only shows in US$ and Euro, so this is disappointing. Supported coins are very minimal and a token like XDC not even directly able to be added (unlike Ledger which was really easy to install). The Ngrave device is great technology and well worth the investment in terms of price as well, but the above mentioned items i.e. the little things from the consumer side taints the experience.

I recently purchased the ZERO hardware wallet and I am extremely impressed. The setup process was simple and user-friendly, and the accompanying app provides useful information about my assets. With the recent news on crypto exchanges, I'm happy that all my assets are finally safe. I also want to mention that I am extremely happy with the customer support provided by NGrave. They were extremely helpful and super responsive when I had questions about the device. I highly recommend the ZERO to anyone looking for a secure and convenient way to store their cryptocurrency.

Safety is so important in crypto, and I feel safe using my ZERO since the operating system is EAL7 certified. The back-up, Graphene, shows how serious NGRAVE is about all aspects of security. Also found it easy to set up and initiate transactions. Way better than my Ledger!

It’s a device that I trust because of it’s robustness, I’ve been involved with security for a long time and I’ve looked at tutorials about Ngrave, looked into the documentation and the 10pg long review written by the Coin Bureau was the « ok let’s get one » for me.

There is always feeling of safety, precision and quality in every step, and plus it is easy to use.

I received instructions on how to update firmware. Only wish I had did not have to ask for this info. It is supposed that should be emailed to all buyers and posted on their social medias.

Very disappointed. Was looking forward this hardware wallet, but cannot add Solana and other coins, because firmware update does not read Zero device . You would think a product where they want you to hold something has valable as crypto, they would actually have 24 hour customer service. Past 30 days too, so hopefully not a complete waste of 100s of dollars on this thing.

It's a great product. Simple to use and I have complete trust in the team. They have always responded to emails in a timely manner and their responses have always exceeded expectation.

Ngrave zero is an amazing product, the setup was a breeze. I'm looking forward to more token support in the future. My only issue I had is the firmware update, I'm having a hard time updating to 1.2, on windows 10, my systems only has 3.1 usb and thunderbolt 4, ports. So I guess I'll have to wait and see for those upgrades.

I give 5 stars to ngrave user experience without any hesitation.
