Excellent Service, kept in informed on delivery and high quality product!

I had problems with my zero to upload the latest version. I called for support and they helped me really extremely well. I am not a specalist in informatics, but they guided me easily throughout the whole update proces. I am very happy with my Ngrave wallet. I recommend it to everywhone.

Ngrave is a great company with a vision. Their products are innovative and easy to use. I had a minor question and got a fast and accurate answer.

I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the customer service! It's above and beyond. I've always got a reply within a day, and couldn't be happier for detailed instructions I've always received on how to resolve whatever it was I didn't have a know-how to do. 10 points!

Well designed product backed with impeccable customer service

The device arrived on time. After watching the tutorials on set up of the zero, liquid and graphene that Ngrave had on their website, I was able to get everything set up in short order. I did have an issue when I accidentally added the erc20 matic token on my device instead of the native polygon and a transaction didn’t go through properly. I reached out to Ngrave tech support, within a few hours they got back to me, walked me through where I went wrong, helped me recover the missing coins. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the device, company, and support. I have owned multiple other hardware wallets and no one else comes close to Ngrave and zero. If you haven’t switched over, I recommend you do it sooner then later, you will not regret it. I just ordered my 2nd Zero.
Keep up the great work, they are changing the entire experience and security of hardware cold wallets and customer service. 5star on every level!!

I would say it started out bad with device not starting and not charging. I will say that customer service was top notch with giving different tips to try to fix the device bit nothing work and they sent a replacement unit. Had it in hands 4 days. Overall experience great.

Device and app do everything they claim to. Camera quality on the device could be better, and ive heard they will be updating the fingerprint reader to be more responsive which is good. Ngrave is a bit behind the competition is crypto asset support and features. Updates have been churning out pretty slowly. Customer support is responsive (Shout out to Bene) Love the device itself though, feels well made and and its security is unrivaled. Just gotta be patient with the updates, I have faith in the team.

I'm so happy with my ngrave coming from a poor experience with ledger this has been my now go to wallet! It's easy to use without too much hassle (thanks to their videos). I experienced a service and professionalism rarely seen. I wrote to support multiple times for info and help.
I'm looking forward to what they have more in store for the ngrave, keep going like that !

Very patient and willing to totally explain everything. Even offer to connect via video conference (Zoom, Teams, etc) to help and answer questions. Device is easy to use. Highly recommend

I love the wallet. It feels and looks exactly like a secure hardware wallet should. 6 Stars for the Ngrave support team. Fast, detailed and the best support experience ive experienced.

Initially I had some doubts and nagging feelings about this product which I shared with the support team.. within 12 hours I had a high quality response on every account and an active discussion ongoing. Very impressed with the quality and speed of support (even had some humour in it).

Then I was informed there was a firmware update available for the NGrave Zero only to find out that there were issues with the drivers of the tool which needed to be resubmitted to Microsoft.
OK, understood I will try again in 14 days.

Within 10 days I received a personal email from the support folks saying that the tool was now working with further installation instructions.... they actually remembered I had this issue and were keeping track, how many support organizations do this...? You will be lucky to have an intelligent bot, a stupid one if not so lucky but NGrave is being supported by real breathing people who actually know a) their stuff and b) how to provide awesome support.

I am starting to wonder if the bad (preliminary) update tool was a snafu or a very subtle and deliberate ploy and method to get me to experience this stellar level of customer support 😉

Super easy to use device and cold, cold, cold. Customer service is prompt, dedicated and courteous. They solved my problem having to do with an old pc/IOS that wouldn’t accept the updater tool. They’re so nerdy, they’re cool 😎
