For the first time in 7 years I feel that my portfolio is safe and under my control. Have tried many other wallets but was losing far too much sleep due to their connected nature and numerous attack vectors. Nothing but sweet dreams since I made the leap.

NGRAVE is by far the best choice one can find on the market and the premium one pays for the wallet is certainly worth it for the additional security one gets.

Also, I like the fact that it is a wallet with a screen that resembles a smartphone or an I-phone

I am very impressed with both, the quality of the wallet and the quality of support. I had many cold wallets before, and also wrote their support when had issues. I have never felt safe with any wallet due to experiencing hacks in 2022. This is the first time that I feel I can sleep well at night knowing that my crypto is safe. It's costly but hey, if you can't secure your crypto, it doesn't matter how good you are in trading and how much money you made. It will be gone - I've learned the hard way. I am grateful to Ngrave for creating such high quality wallet. Thank you!

Highly praised business. Zero Wallet stands out for its outstanding usability and practicality. While I'm hoping for additional features and a case, I'm confident these will be introduced soon. The customer service is quick and effective in resolving issues. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer.

76 pound fees to get it to UK. Waiting for response from them or refund. Not worth paying that on top. Also it should be highlited couse its a significant difference, on an already expensive product.

Very good product, excellent quality but there is a big lack of coins and blockchains

I did lots of reading about dozens of hardware wallets. I bought 3. Ngrave arrived in my secure mailbox 4 days after I ordered it all the way from Germany to Australia using UPS. Keystone pro 3 arrived 2 weeks later via Amazon and the ledger nano still hasn’t arrived through DHL. Getting an answer from ledger is like trying to eat an apple through a tennis racquet. Even getting a refund from ledger is a nightmare and I started that process a week ago but their customer service and their responses have been terrible. So ngrave zero is very solid and easy to use. The device itself is like a fortress in a neatly arranged package. The screen is high end as is the chassis. It leaves all of our phone devices for dead in terms of build quality. Apple could learn a few tricks from ngrave design. Everything came boxed and separated. There was also an included high quality screen protector which when attached to the screen itself looks perfect and the touch responsiveness isn’t compromised. Every time I handle the zero it’s cold 🥶 and reminds me that I’m holding a cold wallet. It feels secure and safe. Amazing 🥲 work. The liquid app works really well with the device. I synced it up within a few seconds and I sync it after each transaction. Really nice piece of hardware and software. In my experience no product no matter how good it is is worth shelling out for unless it has service to match. the ngrave experience doesn’t disappoint. The team are quick to respond with easy to understand answers and they follow up with how I’m doing. The kind of service they provide is very much next level. In comparison with the keystone pro 3 the build quality is night and day. They both work very well but the security side of the setup is worlds apart. Ngrave relieves all my anxiety about the possibility of error or hacking. The keystone is all plastic including the screen I think while the ngrave zero is a glass screen and a body more robust than a hammer 🔨 🙂✊🔑💚

My first wallet and my first time in cryptos. Everything was very easy. Receiving and sending different coins, stable coins and tokens.
Now I have to workout the NFTs.
The Graphene was a bit hard, you need good eyes... or glasses :-)

There are some tutorials on the Ngrave website to clarify all doubts. Highly suggested.

The customer service team is excellent and highly responsive. I asked an important question late at night via email and an answer was provided early in the morning the next day! The Ngrave itself is a premium quality product that works exactly as intended and is easy to learn to use.

The graphene solution is ingenious and when combined with all the security features on the Ngrave itself, I feel that my crypto is completely secure for the long haul. I highly recommend this product for long term crypto cold storage.

Do not buy. if you cant trust there marketing, you cant trust them.

next day, received email to save $130 on combo.
went to website and they raised combo price to $551, but crossed out and listed for $448.

Ngrave is my favourite cold storage. Easy to use. Also worth mentioning. Very good customer support. If you have any problem you can reach out and they will do the best to help you. I like the spirit of the whole company with a very unique and good product

Very secure, the way to save your seed phrase with graphene is excellent but not being able to link Ngrave to Metamask or Connect Wallet is annoying, but that's my fault, I only looked at the security side.

Nice device, a bit bulky but the EAL 7 security certification convinced me to move away from Ledger. That said I believe the next itteration should be smaller and lighter. The fact that this is not open source makes me a bit uncomfortable. Ledger......

The graphene seed phrase wallet is their best product. A very well thought out security solution for your phrases. However when it comes to the Zero wallet itself, the feedback from the interface is slow and there is something loose inside the device. I contacted support, who were slow and reluctant to help. I eventually had a second device sent to me that also seems to have something loose inside. (they were unwilling to resend another graphene as I had already filled it out before I realized there was something wrong with the device I had).

I was going to use this device as my primary storage but I have yet to feel comfortable transferring assets to it. It is the markets most expensive wallet at time of this writing and has poor customer service and poor quality control at best. If Ngrave can fix these two things, I believe they will be on their way to being trusted.

I spoke with Bene through Twitter who was initially helpful (thank you) and email correspondence exists with Jean-Christophe. I filled out a review survey they sent without hearing back from them and signed up for a product interview which I never heard back from. If I berated their customer service, I would understand why I haven't heard back. I believe I've only been honest and direct about the issues.
