My problem was solved very fats and professional.
Before getting in touch I tough i’m in trouble by losing lots of coins. The customer service solved very fast and so good experience, so i could follow the instructions very easily.

Ngrave = complete satisfaction

Ngrave = complete satisfaction. A joy to use. A great feeling of security. A high quality product. It is worth the spend 100%. Massive screen and so no mistakes (oops) It's so good I struggle to articulate just how much. If you have something to protect, then do it correctly. Ngrave package 🌹👑🔝🔝💯 impossible to regret....

It wasn't easy at the start, but I ALWAYS got great response, help AND follow up by their team.
It works perfect now. I would recommend Ngrave to anyone who wants to keep it safe.

Exceedingly happy!

The ease of use including the messages it give you before proceeding ensuring you send or receive your currency into the wallet intended! It's offline so no hacking worries! I snagged up on the extra plate, charging cable and screen protector! Worth the price for sure!

I've contacted NGrave twice and each time they have responded in less than a day, answered my questions and provided all the information I needed. Great product and support. A lot of companies make big promises - NGrave delivers and I appreciate that a lot.

I've had my zero for over 3 years

I've had my zero for over 3 years , had a couple glitches , both my doing . Got support immediately each time and easily , remedied issues quickly . Best crypto support I've experienced and safe.

best cold wallet i have found so far

best cold wallet i have found so far. private key generation is safest on the market imao. had problems with my first zero, wouldn‘t boot after i haven‘t used it for 6 months. ngrave support immediately replaced in a very uncomplicated and accommodating manner. new device was sent within a couple of days. wallet recovery was smooth and easy. very friendly and professional support! replied within one working day and have an ear for every issue you have with zero. strong recommendation!
