Great service, going beyond of what I asked.

Very expensive
If battery stops working you have to buy a complete new wallet or need to put it on charger continuously, not a good option for such an expensive device.
Not fully open source.
Limited coin support, check if your coins are supported before you by this wallet.
If price not scares you and it supports your coins however this is a very safe wallet.

I am very satisfied with zero. extremely simple and easy to use, beautiful design, unique appearance. What would be great if there were even more networks and coins. It would be nice to be able to send/receive coins on multiple networks. I know development is ongoing which is great, but currently sending and receiving on the ethereum network is very expensive. Apart from these, I really like it and will continue to use it a lot in the future.

This is a great product for everyone who's serious about investing in crypto and wishes to have a cold wallet. Simply put, NGRAVE ZERO CAN NOT BE HACKED!
I wished if I had used this product when it first came out. That would have saved me thousands of dollars that I lost by investing to "zero security" Coinbase or the "nefarious" Arculus Wallet.
Keep up the great work. I can't wait for your next firmware upgrade!

The Ngrave Zero is a high end and very secure hardware wallet and as soon as you pick it up you can feel the quality and the software is excellent. When combined with the liquid app it’s unbeatable and I’m so impressed with it.
The support team is very friendly and knowledgeable but importantly they respond very quickly.
If you are looking for a top quality product you won’t go wrong buying the Zero! Just to close this review their graphene seed storage is well thought out and again a quality product.
If you have thousands or millions in your portfolio then you should certainly be assured that it will be safe with Ngrave.

Not only I can confirm firsthand the resilience of the Zero product, but also that the entrepreneurial spirit that produced the Zero also drives NGrave commitment to customer support and the crypto experience. My faith on the original idea has been more than rewarded by the quality of the product and dedication of the NGrave team.

I bought the Wallet during the launch campaign. After 2years the battery failed and, after some verification, NGRAVE changed the Wallet promptly.

A device that is almost perfect, coming with a support system, with actual people, that really works. Professional, knowledgeable and involved. Exactly what we need in the crypto space, to keep it decentralized , private and secure.

After buying 2 wallets and having an issue with a battery (from early software version thats been fixed) the company sent me a new wallet no questions, very fast.
