Amazing customer service! Ngrave wouldn’t take a charge. I emailed got a response immediately and sent a new one after I tried a few suggestions by the pros! Really really awesome customer service! My replacement came in 3-5 days. Super quick ! Can’t say enough great things about their wallet and customer service! Thanks guys!!!!

Like a few others here, I had problems with my NGRAVE Zero device not charging, no matter what I tried. I reached out for some troubleshooting tips, and was amazed when I was offered a free replacement device. The team were incredibly friendly and understanding over emails and the support was second-to-none.
Despite the technical issues that apparently need to be addressed, I'm now a fan of NGRAVE and look forward to any future products. Thank you for making this otherwise stressful situation incredibly simple.

I had an issue with my ZERO after not using it for over a year the battery wouldn’t charge. I tried everything: different cables, power sources, standby mode, even letting it charge for hours, but nothing worked. Considering how pricey the device is, I honestly didn’t expect much beyond basic troubleshooting advice.

But Jay from NGRAVE completely exceeded my expectations. After a few messages back and forth, they offered to replace the device entirely, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, and I had the new ZERO in just a 6 days.

This level of customer support, especially for such an expensive product, is incredible. Huge shoutout to NGRAVE for standing by their customers and making things right!

Product works great and the customer service is fantastic. They are always very responsive and helpful so I can highly recommend the NGRAVE.

I want to rectify my initial one star review.
After a couple VERY stressful days, I must say I got helped exceptionally well by Bene from the CS team.

I purchased one of the very first wallets, and apparently some of them have a battery issue.

So did mine. A very unfortunate timing, because I really needed my funds.

After I contacted Ngrave, I received a new wallet extremely fast. So, thanks Bene. Everything turned out fine.

Set the ngrave up let it sit for a while tried to start it and now wont turn on. I plugged it into a wall outlet and charging light wont even turn on. Held the button for 10 secs and nothing. This is why batteries are a bad idea for a wallet.

Device only worked once. After a few months I wanted to use it again and it didn't work anymore.

Great product and fantastic customer service. Only thing I didn’t like was being stung import duty to the UK. Damn Brexit

When buying a device that is a market leader which it is you also require great customer support.
Both times I've reached out to their support they've been quick to reply giving me as much detail as possible to help me resolve any issues that I had.
They genuinely care about you and the experience you receive.

NGrave Zero is by far the most secure wallet one could own.
NGrave Support is by far the best customer support I have ever experienced in my life.
NGrave software is easy to use.
NGrave software uses the same public key for all transactions. Anyone with that public key can see my wallet balance. Minus one star for that.
If privacy is not an issue for you, then I highly recommend NGrave.

As a novice and new to crypto I was advised to move my tokens off the public exchanges and into a cold wallet. One of be my friends cautioned me about the lack of support he experienced when he ran into problems with his wallet so this became a huge concern for me. Actually, it became the greatest concern of mine, knowing how tech unsavvy I am. I decided on the NGRAVE ZERO when I discovered their contact information, sent them an email and got an immediate response. I was sold, purchased the Zero and absolutely needed their help during setup and firmware update. I was guided through the entire process, and was sent links and videos to assist me. After successfully setting this up staff at NEGRAVE contacted me to see how I was doing and wanted to know if I needed any further assistance. What a great experience! Not only do I have probably the most secure cold storage device out there, I also have a whole team ready to tackle any problem I may encounter .

They have a very helpful and quick support, which is good to have with a product that is not just like any other and needs some guidance at times. Once you get the hang of it, it is smooth to use together with the app on the phone or the laptop.

The most secure Cold Wallet on the Market. I care more about Security versus how many Altcoins I can store. The Customer Service is just amazing, you always get an Answer within 1 Day. I'ts well worth the Money to protect your hard earned Bitcoin (Safings)
