I pre ordered the NGRAVE Zero a year…
I pre ordered the NGRAVE Zero a year before it came out. Was so happy to get it. I have had no problems with it at all. I really love the large screen. It is completely offline which gives me huge peace of mind.
It can’t even be physically broken into. I have had a few instances where I needed help and I have to say the team have been pretty Brilliant. I would recommend this product 100% based on product and the team. In fact, when number go up 🙄😂. I am looking to buy another one. It might feel a bit pricey, but peace of mind is unmeasurable. Good luck everyone 💖

Fingerprint reader quality could be better,
and im kinda confused i can not see my ammount of holdings on my zero device, i only can see them on the liquid wallet, wich confused me if it was surely on the zero device..

Expensive bulky wallet
As a Bitcoin maxi, I use mostly cold cards for long term storage and use various cold storage for my weekly / monthly trading.
I found the NGRAVE 0 to be overpriced for what you get when you compare other brands. The app is not on par with what you can find in the industry as well.

Dedicated BTC-only wallets may have more advanced functionality than a multi-coin wallet like the ZERO. We’re working on this and will improve immensely when we integrate with Sparrow Wallet.
And building a product like the ZERO, with the highest quality and security you can get from the ground up, is indeed not cheap.

A very expensive product for the quality it has. A terrible battery, it doesn't even last 1 hour. It's difficult to trust something that you don't know when it will stop turning on... a lot to be desired.

Sorry to hear that.
Depending on how intensive the ZERO is used, the battery should certainly last 2.5 hours. So, less than 1 hour is indeed not what it should be.

Ngrave deserves to be market leader
I had some issues with my Ngrave Zero. Most of them through my own carelessness. Bene helped me in troubleshooting and the whole Ngrave team provided world class support and assistance to get it solved. I can not thank them enough and will be a lifelong supporter and champion for their products.

Great product! Would definitely buy again! Only downfalls are the finger print reader being temperamental (I don't use it has a hard time recognizing), and that it doesn't support Stacks STX.

My device would not charge or turn on. Bene walked me through the steps and offered a replacement device when it was apparent that my device was dead. I had some problems with inputting the alphanumeric keys in the replacement device. He offered great advice in solving the issue. First class customer service. Thank you.
