My husband and I had the BEST experience with Rebecca from Niarra. First off - we had a big travel mishap (many canceled flights and delays) on the way there, I am not even sure how Rebecca was able to work her magic but she helped us move our gorilla trekking back one day - she literally saved our trip and make the experience so seamless! Everything was planned for us, we felt like we could really relax on our honeymoon. We went to Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya - all hotels, food, staff, and transportation blew us away! She also told the staff it was our honeymoon, which was a special touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Every guide, host, concierge, and driver we encountered in Argentina exuded remarkable kindness and genuine enthusiasm to impart their culture to us. Our experience wouldn't have been as enriching without Niarra's expert planning and invaluable insights. Charlie from Niarra attentively listened to our desires for a honeymoon and our varied interests. With a passion for food, experiences, and cultural immersion, Charlie curated a tour that perfectly encapsulated all these elements in a seamless fashion.

Gisella greeted us warmly at the Buenos Aires airport, extending a gracious welcome that set the tone for our entire journey. With genuine enthusiasm, she guided us to our hotel, engaging us in lively conversation along the way. Her insights into currency exchange, the city's layout, and an overview of our itinerary were invaluable. When it was time to depart for Mendoza, she ensured our smooth transition back to the airport, and upon our return to Buenos Aires, she was there to welcome us once more with her unwavering kindness and assistance.

Eugenia, our guide for the full-day city tour, epitomized professionalism and passion. Promptly picking us up from our hotel, her enthusiasm was infectious as she delved into the rich tapestry of Buenos Aires' complex history, eagerly fielding our questions with expert knowledge. We departed feeling enriched by her insights, with the visit to the cemetery standing out as a poignant highlight of our day.

Ornella curated an unforgettable culinary journey, tailoring the experience to our tastes and interests. From savoring chipas and alfajores in a quaint café to witnessing the artistry of churro-making at a local factory, each moment was a gastronomic delight. Her extensive knowledge of local cuisine added depth to our exploration, culminating in a blissful finale of artisanal ice cream.

Under Juampi's guidance, our cooking class transcended mere instruction to become a cultural exchange brimming with warmth and camaraderie. Patiently teaching us the art of crafting chipas, empanadas, and panqueques, he shared not only recipes but also a piece of Argentine culinary tradition. His assistance in organizing a memorable dinner at a tango show underscored his commitment to ensuring our experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Laura's exuberant welcome in Mendoza, complete with a van adorned with balloons and a bottle of sparkling wine, set the stage for a memorable sojourn. As our guide to the region's esteemed wineries, she navigated us through the labyrinth of vineyards with finesse, culminating in a culinary crescendo at the Michelin-starred Zonda Cocina de Paisaje. Her thoughtful recommendations for dining establishments further enriched our culinary odyssey, leaving us with a lingering taste of Mendoza's gastronomic prowess.

In the Uca Valley, Cecilia masterfully illuminated the artistry of winemaking against the backdrop of Mendoza's storied viticultural heritage. With eloquence, she conveyed the nuances of terroir and climate's profound influence on the grapes, enriching our appreciation for the wines we savored. The day reached its zenith with a sumptuous lunch at Andeluna winery, a fitting finale to a day brimming with sensory delights.

Best honeymoon ever :)

Rebecca Cook and her team, including Savanna Allport, were exceptional. The trip was a complicated three weeks long itinerary. Therefore it required multiple flights, drivers, guides and reservations. Not only was the execution flawless, Rebecca's guidance as to which boutique hotels would best fit our preferences were all spot on! Who doesn't love having their own personal butler while on holiday?

Upon leaving the USA, Delta managed to leave my luggage behind on a direct flight to Cape Town. After four days of conflicting reports with Delta, I finally turned to Rebecca to see if someone at the Cape Town airport could physically check the lost and found. Within a few hours, it was tracked and delivered to our hotel. Now that is service that goes above and beyond!

We've had the privilege of seeing a good deal of the world, but this trip was a chart topper thanks to Niarra Travel!!!

Could have been Five Star

In general, Niarra was great. Responsive, open to feedback, more plugged in than other agencies we talked to (for instance, I wanted a very specific feature at the South Africa/Safari resort, and on the property website it was unclear if every room had a private plunge pool or not. Apparently it was new, but only Niarra was aware it was there. Other agencies told me it was not yet finished). Communication was terrific, either by email or video call. Niarra/James worked with us to ensure we got the right level of support and flexibility in our various tours, hotels, flights, etc.

The only minus — and it could have been a major trip impacting minus — is there was confusion about who was responsible for organizing airport transportation following our international arrival. The materials weren’t super clear, so we could have had a very unfortunate mix up if we didn’t speak the local language, have local access to wifi, and/or been technically savvy to use Uber Black. But in a different situation, late at night, etc this could have been a totally disastrous outcome

The Niarra team and especially Charlie did a fantastic job creating a beautiful and memorable anniversary trip for us! We had really special and amazing experiences all through the trip and we were so lucky to have had the weight of planning a trip like this off our shoulders. We loved the hotels we stayed in and the tour guides who showed us the beautiful regions of Chile. We look forward to working with Niarra for our next adventure!

James did a good job planning our honeymoon and getting us safely to each destination. We paid another travel agent to help plan our trip, but ended up using James because of his communication and ability to listen to what we wanted

Hands down the best travel experience we’ve ever had.

We reached out to Niarra Travel to plan our honeymoon in Africa. We were paired with James, who took our rather vague input and turned it into the perfect vacation for us. In the months leading up to the trip, James was patient with and responsive to our questions, and the pre-trip itinerary walkthrough call we had with him left us feeling confident and prepared for the trip.

As for the trip itself: absolutely amazing! Transport was ready and waiting every step of the way, and our drivers were all lovely to chat with. (Not having to wait, worry, or otherwise think about transportation, ever, honestly might have been the sleeper luxury of the trip.) We loved the hotels and lodges; they were as charming in person as they were in photos, and the staff at each were so kind and helpful. The activities and reservations scheduled for us perfectly captured our intent for our honeymoon while matching our travel style and speed. And last, but not least: we loved all the little touches from James and the Niarra team along the way.

We're thrilled to have found Niarra Travel (and James!), and can't wait to get back in touch for our next big adventure. Thanks again!

My recent experience with Niarra (November 2023) was absolutely incredible. Charlie and Savanna were so helpful and excited for us from the very beginning, from helping us stay at the most amazing hotels to recommending nearby must-try restaurants and wineries. They were both so kind and responsive, answering any questions I had very quickly despite the time difference. The sample itineraries and recommendations that Niarra provides made it so easy for my husband and I to decide where we wanted to go, and Charlie and her team went above and beyond to make it a bespoke experience for us, eve! cleverly naming the beautiful itinerary they provided us with our “Safarimoon”! The team also took my severe peanut and tree nut allergy very seriously, helping me make accommodations at each of the places we stayed (especially at the safari lodge) to ensure I felt safe and avoid any incidents. It was overwhelmingly clear that safety is of upmost importance to the team, as the transports they set up for us between cities, airports, and hotels were seamless, always on time and so kind/knowledgeable of the area. It was so nice to not have to worry about that in a place we had never been to.

It truly was the honeymoon of a lifetime and we can’t WAIT to go back or on another one of Niarra Travel’s adventures. Thank you so much!!

Niarra is an incredible travel company. My husband and I have a very particular travel style in terms of what types of trips we like to take, the level of adventure, and the caliber of hotels. We seek genuine experiences everywhere we go - we aim to avoid the touristy stuff. We interviewed over 15 different travel agencies before finding Niarra, and since then, we have book two trips with Rebecca from Niarra within a year of each other! We could not be happier with them. They understand our travel preferences and make planning very challenging trips with many moving pieces incredibly simple! And if anything arises before or during the trip, they are there, 24/7. Working with Niarra to set up our honeymoon to South Africa was absolutely an amazing experience, and our travel coordinator Rebecca was so lovely to work with.

From the moment we were connected with the team, they were beyond educated and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our travel desires, but ensured to keep within a provided budget. Rebecca was so helpful at providing recommendations from her favorite restaurants, to lodging, as well as some helpful tips for our travels.

While we were in South Africa, we had 24/7 contact with Rebecca and her team should anything go wrong, or we needed any support. This for sure made my husband and I feel even more safe and secure.

The team did an absolutely amazing job at selecting amazing accommodations as well as tours for us during our travels. We barely had to lift a finger -- we truly sat back and enjoyed as everything was already taken care of! We even received some lovely gifts along the way from the team as we celebrated our honeymoon.

10/10! Rebecca & the Niarra Travel team exceeded all expectations for our Masai Mara / Kenya travel. Due to an unexpected flight interruption, I missed the first night of our adventure & the domestic flight from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Rebecca was quick & courteous to get me rescheduled into the next available flight and helped keep me calm throughout the entire ordeal. Every part of this trip was magical, and we owe it all to Niarra Travel. Can't wait for the next adventure!

James and his team were great from day 1. James helped plan and book my wife and I’s honeymoon to South Africa and the Seychelles. I reached out to multiple high end travel companies, but it was clear James and Niarra were the best choice. I really appreciated James taking the time to speak with me on multiple occasions over the phone. None of the other companies I contacted wanted to speak over the phone, which made Niarra really stand out. It made me more comfortable knowing the trip he was planning would be perfect and it was. James helped plan and book a 2 week trip including stays in Capetown, the South African wine lands, safari in Kruger, and stays on Mahe and Dennis Island, Seychelles. James took the time to listen to what we wanted and planned an incredible trip all while staying in our requested budget.

Due to poor weather, my wife and I were delayed arriving to SA by 3 days. James, Byron and team were in constant communication and helped rebook tours we had planned. I never expected this type of service especially after normal business hours and on weekends, but Niarra made a stressful time much easier. I 100% will be using Niarra in the future as it was such a wonderful trip. To anyone on the fence about using Niarra, trust me it’s worth it. The details matter and with Niarra, I can confidently say, they will take care of every little thing, plus include some lovely touches like personal notes and arranging special dinners. From the beginning, Emily answered all my questions promptly, clearly explained the specifics and as available while on my trip. The schedule she created was so well organized. The communication and logistical planning made this vacation effortless for us. Every camp knew where we needed to be and when. I didn't have to think about or plan anything. The vacation was effortless.

After a few Zoom meetings to discuss our tastes, Emily arranged for us to visit 3 camps in Kenya that all exceeded out expectations in service, safety, and experiences! The personalized service and the total flexibility to accommodate our wishes on a daily basis made our Australian adventure very special for us. From the very beginning working with Emily was a breeze. She listened to my hearts desires and created the perfect dream vacation in the Mother land with safari, hot air balloon, the most incredible lodging that delighted our every fancy. Our Guides, our host, the organic meals, the animals, the land, the staff, the lodging (OMG) over the top, being in the midst of the Massai people as they created ritual, having breakfast or lunch as elephants and giraffe's went about their daily existence, diving into the blue waters of the waterfall after a hot walk, it was all breathtaking. Every detail was seen too in the most incredible and amazing way! The smooth operation of both the lodges were we stayed was inspiring and and you could just feel the expression of care for all of us in every wonderful encounter of welcome! So, we didn't have to think about anything, just fall into the positive energy of trust with knowing that we were being well cared for in the most loving and efficient manner! I loved our experience and look forward to another trip by Niarra Travel again!

Just returned from our Safari arrainged by Niarra, and Emily who we mostly worked with was great. They were responsive to all our questions, accurate advise when it came to visas. They made great choices for accommodations and camps for us to stay in. They met us at each step of the way, to be escorted properly. In short, they said everything they would do , and did everything they said they would Solid folks and easy to work with
