Important stock up

The company messed up billing and shipping address. So I was unable to receive my packages. Upon calling to ask they said they don't even ship to Spain. And have not yet received my refund. It's been 3 weeks.

Bought for more than 100€ and still nothing delivered and fake signature on POD

My Parcel has been according to tracking “delivered”. Looking at the POD, it is clear that Driver has used a fake signature !!
I didn’t receive anything yet
Only positive thing was customer service replying fast to my initial complaint providing me the complaint document to fill in which I sent back, but now no more reply and it is taking ages to get my product or get reimbursed!
Still waiting!!
