Website was recommended to me and it is very easy to use and navigate around, the posting takes to long, 2 days from placing the order before I got an email telling me they had been shipped, and when it did arrive, the item I ordered wasn't what arrived, after 2 attempts to call eventually got through and before my requested item would be shipped, I had to return their mistaken item, so, in theory it's taken 3 weeks for my order to come, come on this can be better, punters 1st! Please

I ordered a BlackBerry battery and it took several days , about 6-7 in total to get here, and once it did, it was a HTC battery, rang up and the man on the phone was appologetic and sent out a new one and made sure it was the right one by picking it himself, even after it had been supposidly shipped, still took another 6-7 days to recieve the product.

The dock comes with 800mA-5vDC, 100-240v ac mains charger which (if used with a suitable adapter) can be used in most places in the world. It is very useful to be able to charge both the phone & spare battery at the same time, the charge light changes from red to green.
Cons?...because the bottom of the dock covers the rear facing 'speaker, if anyone calls the ringtone is quieter....similar to when it's in your handbag?!

Honestly, if you’re considering purchasing anything from these guys, then don't! The product I originally ordered was falsely advertised as suitable for my iphone & when it arrived it was nothing of the sort. In fact the product would only have been suitable for a 2nd generation ipod Nano! I followed the returns instructions on the website under 'Contact Us' & e-mailed the company on two separate occasions (9th & 12th March 2012), to return or exchange the item. I received no response to this; however I did receive an automated e-mail a week later, urging me to review my purchase experience & suggesting that "My Opinion Matters"! I even waited before writing this review & followed their customer complaints process, by e-mailing them about the issues with my order (16th March 2012). I of course received no response to this either. I am now stuck with a product that was falsely advertised & is completely useless to me. Seriously!...there are much better online suppliers out there, that actually care about their customers. Believe me once these guys get your money, you're on your own!

It was my second purchase with NiceCans, and I was surprised they had the best price on the product I wanted. The web site won't win any artistic awards but it works fine. I hope they do well and stick around to sell me more stuff!

I ordered my item on March 1st,was contacted March 5th to say had been despatched,so far so good.
By March 11th i had no item or update,then sent 2 E-mails over 2 days to advise,eventually getting a reply to my second e-mail and got delivery March 16th.

THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH...............:0(

I have emailed twice for a refund for a faulty battery,still no reply.

paid for express delivery and item turned up a week later, asked for refund of the express delivery, and was told item was sent via royal mail. Nothing arrvied so sent more emails and item turned up by courier service next day. Wont be using again

Think this website is a fraud they e mail you when u have ordeed a item from them saying 5 days delivery after 8 dats no item arrived think i have been ripped off will be getting in ouch with watch dog about this company BEAWARE i have e mailed them three times asking were is my item and no reply and there is no contact number so i cant even phone them

Found Nicecans co.uk a very easy site to use, and a vast range of equipment available. Very fast delivery would recommend to many others.
