Very poor service.
Ordered four items, two incorrect items were sent. Tried to resolve the matter via their chat service but was hung up on. Still not resolved despite their having my contact details and them knowing that there is an unresolved issue! Very poor service from start to finish.

Absolutely stunning earrings. Brought for my daughter birthday. I live in Australia. The only thing I thought was. The packaging could be a little better. Not a fan of them just popped in a pouch together. Not much protection. ❤️❤️

This was my first experience with Nice Cream and I am very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. I love the hydrangea earrings and the fresh water pearl necklace I purchased. Beautiful quality! I was a bit concerned with the shipping from London to the US but everything was perfect and I loved the charming frequent updates from Royal Mail. What a nice touch! I will definitely purchase from Nice Cream again!
