Can’t fault how gorgeous they are or delivery but they have left my ears bleeding and mildly infected. I’m dubious of its claim to be Stirling silver & gold plated. I have many earrings that are sterling silver & gold plated, such as from Scream Pretty but my goodness have these left me in a bad way. Very painful& raw. I’ve had my ears pierced for over ten years and they feel open & raw now. So sorry to say this.

Have ordered jewelry and hair accessories many times...always a delight!

This is absolutely ridiculous, I payed 20€ for shipping costs in your website and it just arrived now to my house and the transport agency told me I have to pay nearly 40€ more to receive it. I thought that 20€ for shipment was already super expensive but I really wanted the earrings so ok, but to pay 40€ more here?? This is absolutely outrageous and you didn’t even indicate in your web about additional expenses. I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed with this order. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from your website and none the less I will never purchase anything else ever from you. This is a scam.

I purchased a necklace from nice cream for my wedding, it was stunning, the necklace broke as I was getting ready and had 10 minutes until I had to leave, it made it a very stressful time, but I still had a lovely day.
I was refunded but did not feel the customer service was amazing considering my experience

Bought the bow earrings they look amazing. Was worried they’d be heavy but cant feel them when wearing them (which is every day) Would repurchase BUT attention for everybody from germany. Had to pay an extra 30€ for the package even though i thought the customs were included in the 15€ delivery. Was mad until i had the most sparkly elegant looking earrings so ALL worth it :))

Products are good quality but I wish there had been a forewarning about how rigid the rubber sole is on the slippers. They make a lot of noise on wood floors and are not ideal for my foot… and for the price I paid I would like to know that it’s not the type of slipper I prefer before buying. ESPECIALLY since the return policy is horrible, you can’t do it through them so it’s not secure. Not a fan of that at all, it communicates to the consumer that I should almost feel like there is no option other than to swallow the loss and keep the item.

Please be very careful ordering from this website.
I ordered a dress online that was in the sale. Before ordering I tried to check their returns policy, but the webpage had been removed. This did not worry me as on the product webpage, right next to photos of the dress, it said ‘We hope you love your Nice Cream purchase, however if it’s not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund’.
The dress was advertised as silk, so I was expecting a high quality garment, but when it arrived I was severely disappointed. It wasn’t lined, was an unflattering shape, and did not feel like silk. I sent the item back.
After a few days, I tracked the item and could see that they had received it, but I had not yet been emailed by the company. I would have expected an email to say that they’d had received my return, and how long my refund would take to process. I contacted the company both via email and on Instagram (where I had first come across the company). They responded on Instagram telling me that since it was a sale item, I could not have a refund, only a gift card. I told them that this contradicted what was said on their webpage, but they did not care. I sent several messages, all of which were ignored. Only after I threatened to report them to trading standards did they actually give me a refund. Please be very cautious ordering from this website. The items are poor quality, and their website is misleading.

Your response to my review are totally unacceptable .
I originally heard about your company via one of my fellow doctor's at my hospital and she in turn heard of you via an influencer, hence why I placed an order.
I have now reported your company to the local authorities along with Trading Standards.
Companies like yours that hide behind a website with no registered telephone number or official business address should not be granted a Visa/Mastercard facility.
You are clearly a very dishonest operation and as a matter of principle I will not be letting this matter rest.
I have already shared all email correspondence with my bank's fraud/disputes team.
Your company has blatantly stolen funds from myself as you have charged my card for goods that failed to arrive.
Once I have liaised with Trading Standards along with the Police Crime department I will be back in contact with your organization.
Be rest assured I will ensure all aspects of your despicable dishonest behavior is circulated through social media platforms etc.

I'm genuinely happy with their prompt and meticulous service. I purchased a pair of fabulous earrings and it was well made and arrived to Japan in one week!

Ordered four items, two incorrect items were sent. Tried to resolve the matter via their chat service but was hung up on. Still not resolved despite their having my contact details and them knowing that there is an unresolved issue! Very poor service from start to finish.
