Another order and again I'm happy with the overall service and experience. Maybe the prices are slightly higher then in other stores, but I have the assurance that I get legitimate products plus the promo days are quite frequent, so I suggest strongly to consider this store

Beware of shipments to Spain
I ordered and paid a shipment by DHL to Spain. Either Niche Beauty or DHL didn’t provide the Spanish courier CTT Express with my phone number. This implied me driving and losing 1.5 hours in picking up the parcel myself at CTT premises outside Madrid city center. Poor customer service at Niche suggesting a reimbursement. They do collect the shipment fee “via DHL” though!

I liked everything from the app, which is very convenient and pleasant to use, to the speed of delivery and the number of free samples. After many emails were exchanged, I was finally heard, and a solution was found to this problem. Thank you, Niche-Beauty
OLD REVIEW:
Every time I order from Niche Beauty, I need to chase the delivery company as the address information is not registered fully. This time it went the extra mile and my 200eur delivery dropped on the old address where I didn’t live for more than a year. Once I log in to the Niche-Beauty account, I clearly see that there is only the current address provided, but the delivery was dropped at the old address, probably saved in their system.

This was my first order on this site. I ordered the Charlotte Tilbury powder, Hourglass palette and Hourglass brush. The package arrived in terrible condition. The powder and palette were smashed to smithereens, and the brush was badly dented and stained with an incomprehensible sticky liquid.After my hands came into contact with these products, I started having terrible allergies all over my body. There may have been liquid or dust in the box that caused the allergy. I immediately went to the doctor, and I was diagnosed with Quincke's edema. I had never experienced allergies in my life before this moment. I am currently undergoing treatment at the hospital. The doctor forbade me to touch this cosmetics, otherwise it could be fatal.I immediately reported this to niche beauty support team, but they were indifferent and refused to help. I want the owner of this store to see this review and contact me! You're being very mean to your customers!

Exercise caution when making a purchase!
I placed an order and completed payment with a MasterCard four days ago. Since then, I have only received automated email responses, and no one answers the telephone. Despite the advertised delivery time of 2–4 days, I have not received any updates or information regarding the shipment.
I am therefore considering canceling the payment and sincerely hope this will be successful. I strongly advise future customers to thoroughly check the company’s history and reviews from other buyers before placing an order.

They didn't deliver the goods, no explaination, I've waited for a month, and on top of it they refunded me the amount without shipping costs. It wasn't my fault that they didn't deliver.

Niche Beauty is a scam
Niche Beauty is a scam. I placed a large order of Aesop products and after nearly two months it still hadn’t arrived. I had to make a PayPal claim to get the money refunded. Customer service confirmed in writing they would not refund for lost deliveries. The positive reviews appear to be fake. AVOID Niche Beauty, it is not worth the headache and stress.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered
The worst customer service I have ever experienced online. One broken item ruined my entire order, yet it took three weeks, ten emails, and repeated photo submissions just to get a refund for that single product. Any competent company would have acted immediately and addressed the full impact of the order — this one demonstrated nothing but incompetence and disregard for its customers.
