It has happened many times that I receive the notification on their special offer (box you receive if you spend certain amount), but then I realise the box isn’t available for delivery to my country-Croatia. It would not be so annoying if they just could answer me what is the reason for this, but they completely ignore my messages. Not only that: recently they have erased my really polite comment to their post on Instagram advertising Anne’s box which was also not available for delivery. I find this totaly unprofessional and not customer oriented.

Besides the delivery taking a long time to arrive, the carrier falsely claimed that nobody was home — even though I was there all day — and said that I would have to pick up the package at a pickup point, without even providing the name or address of the location. I contacted Niche Beauty, and, basically, they told me to sort it out myself with the carrier, as if the poor service provided was somehow my problem. Honestly, I only buy from this website because it’s the only place that sells the product I want; otherwise, I would never shop there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give.
I placed an order for shampoo and conditioner on April 11th. As of May 5th, nothing has been delivered. This is an unacceptable delay by any standard.
What makes this worse is the complete failure of customer support. I sent emails on April 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, and 28th — all ignored. I then called on April 24th, 28th, and May 2nd. Each time, I reached the same agent who was unable to resolve anything and repeatedly gave empty promises with shifting deadlines. Every follow-up resulted in the same response: “tomorrow.” Nothing was ever done.
This goes beyond poor service — it shows a total lack of accountability. I was also hung up on multiple times, and when I called back, I was wrongly accused of disconnecting the calls myself. That is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
Failing to deliver an order for over three weeks, ignoring repeated contact attempts, and refusing to issue a refund is not just bad service — it is a breach of basic consumer expectations.

Orders are send very quickly. The website is very easy to use.
In all these years, ordering multiple times a year, I only had an issue once with a broken powder. It was fixed immediately.

Nice website, offer is great, but if you are ordering from outside of Germany, the app and desktop website don’t accept your voucher codes. First I could not validate my VIP code, I contacted Customer Experience but only got a reply after one full week. Then I had for 15€ vouchers but could not validate them, same issue, my delivery country was changed automatically to Germany iso Belgium. I contacted them again on 25/4 but still waiting. Not really “VIP” treatment. Customer Service is not “Niche”!

I recently started shopping at Niche Beauty and placed 6 orders just last month. However, my experience has been deeply disappointing. After reaching VIP status, I did not receive either the 15% discount voucher typically granted for status upgrades or the coupon for the VIP Welcome Box.
The same technical failure occurred with my daughter’s account; she recently reached the Exclusive level, yet no coupon for her Welcome Box was generated.
To make matters worse, when I received my previous Exclusive Box, I found expired products inside: a pack of Mario Badescu patches that had expired three months ago. The packaging was covered in dust, suggesting it had been sitting in the warehouse for a very long time.
I had read concerning reviews regarding how Niche Beauty handles disputes, and unfortunately, I am now experiencing these issues firsthand. Despite our loyalty and high spending, the lack of communication and poor quality control with 'rewards' are unacceptable. Neither I nor my daughter feel valued as customers, and we are seriously reconsidering whether to continue shopping here.

I am experiencing extremely poor customer service with this company. I placed an order on April 11, 2026, and it has still not been shipped, nor have I received any updates. The order number is: GE11883015362NL.
Although I can contact them by phone, their customer service is nonexistent. They keep giving me the runaround, and I am out over $400—the total of my order. Currently, they are not answering their phones or responding to my emails. I am preparing to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, as they have proven to be unhelpful. BUYER BEWARE! When issues arise with shipping or your order, they will ignore you and refuse to assist.

This company is a total joke. They don’t respond on any platform, and I placed my order a week and a half ago with absolutely no sign of shipping. The order status still says ‘Order is being processed’, what a joke. My first impression of this company is a complete disaster. They ignore every attempt to get an update, and the estimated delivery date was supposed to be just two days after I placed the order. Meanwhile, the parcel hasn’t moved even a centimeter from their warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous.

I received my order on Wednesday, the shower gel was opened, without the safety seal and leaking inside the box. I inmediately contacted Niche by email, asking for a refund since the product is half empty. Today Monday they are still not answering. This is not the worst part. This is the second time in a row that I receive an opened product without the safety seal and last time they sent me the product 3 weeks later after several emails. The customer service is not good, the delivery is becoming slow and I have being a customer for almost 4 years, spending a lot of money, VIP customer named by them and not seeing the privilege. Probably they are going to reply this review faster than the email that I sent them. I gave them a second chance by buying again from Niche but I dont think I am going to be a Customer anymore.

I placed my first order couple of month ago — the package never arrived. What followed was over a month of back-and-forth with customer service, where I had to repeatedly provide screenshots proving non-delivery. To make matters worse, their team kept referencing DHL tracking when the actual carrier was Poste Italiane, showing a clear lack of coordination internally.
After six weeks of persistence on my end — and only after I formally requested an investigation — I was finally refunded. No proactive follow-up, no accountability.
Disappointing first experience. I would not recommend.

[Update] Since the company replied here and not to the many emails I’ve sent, here’s the order number YGVNX2843047. I am still waiting for you to do anything about it.
I placed an order and immediately after I asked them to cancel it. I sent them multiple emails about it, they ignored me and sent the package anyway.
When I received it I noticed that they didn’t even send me the item I paid for. In the package there were only free samples…
I now have neither the item I paid for, nor
my money.
They do not reply to any e-mails, even though they are very active on their socials meaning they just ignore customers they have scammed.
Please stay away from Niche Beauty as they do not care for their customers and scam them.

Niche Beauty has a variety of products, ranging from skincare to perfume and make-up. The delivery service is great and accesible-my order came after 5 business days, which is average. The order did not come damaged and the product inside (a body mist) wasn't damaged or opened, the hand cream was a little bit dented-however, it makes sense because it is a aluminium tube.

30 April 2026 UPDATE- Absolutely nothing, after more 2 weeks from my purchase , just an email that says I’ll receive a refund for the express delivery within 7 days( never received a refund, this was 21 April) with a sorry , and discount code!!! Who will buy again? no money back and no answers to my emails! Scammers!!!!!!
Apparently, the only solution is legal action.
