I have purchased an item from these guys on March 3rd. They send me a tracking number that is probably invalid in any relevant courier tracking service (even global-e) and there is no way to communicate with them in their help/contact page
Update Mar-20 : received finally the package through DHL with a different tracking number. your associate global-e was not helpful at all

I would give 0 if I can, I feel angry and scammed, my package arrived today EMPTY, I wish I read all this comments before I ordered. It supposed to be gift for my moms birthday and all I got was disappointment. You cant even find their contact number to speak with customer service, they have ridiculous whatsapp bot that stopped replying when I asked for customer service number, I sent them email, I wrote them on Instagram page
My package was severely damaged when the courier delivered it to me. Instead of the seven products I ordered, there were only two in the box. Five were missing, and two were broken. The broken products emitted an unpleasant odor that dried out my mucous membranes. I had to quickly dispose of this garbage. Most likely, someone broke into my package during transportation and stole the contents. Or maybe Niche Beauty did this on purpose to steal my money and blame it on me. There are so many negative reviews here from people with similar situations.
This all happened a week ago, and I immediately sent a photo to customer support. They responded very slowly and weren't particularly interested in helping me. It's such a shame I didn't listen to the negative reviews and ordered from them. I really want to receive a proper package, the one I paid my hard-earned money for, not this garbage. The delivery times take approximately 6-10 days (this is based on multiple orders placed and all received in that timeframe) while they claim "FAST DELIVERY - 2-4 working days delivery time", which is dishonest. As for the e-comm experience: displaying out of stock items next to in-stock items is visual clutter, and is terrible UX. Lack of gift cards for an e-comm site is another terrible decision. Another major UX flaw is the loyalty page /the-club. Promotions presentation and the "gift" are poorly presented and it takes a while to figure what can be claimed when.

This was my first time ordering from Niche-Beauty.com, and the experience was very positive. My order was delivered to Prague by express courier in just four days, which was faster than I expected.

I am really frustrated with my latest purchase from this web shop: I ordered Manuka honey for 65 EUR.
I received an email on 25th of February that my order has been shipped: I couldn't find it anywhere/still cannot. Niche Beauty has not provided me with shipping details, courier details, shipping number, nothing. I received a surprise email that, hey, it's delivered.
I contacted their Customer Support asking can you tell me more details as I even walked through my neighbours and cannot find my parcel. Only then, Customer Support provided me with a German DHL trakcing number saying it's been delivered to one of your neighbours: I went there, it is not there. It is almost 2 weeks that Niche Beauty has 'delivered' my package.
I contacted their support around 10 days ago and what they could help me with is to send me some form to fill out for DHL that I haven't received my package. The support is super slow and not pro active. Now they are sending me back and forth emails that I filled out the form incorrectly!!! Are you kidding me? Why then can't you fill it out for me when it is 'incorrect', I asked them what is 'incorrect'. And told them multiple times please proceed with the refund instead as it shows how long this bureaucratic process will be since the Customer Support didn't manage to provide DHL with my form yet.
Why do I have to go through such a crappy process, with DHL's, some weird old school forms, when it is your fault that I am missing my package and my 65 EUR, which I will probably never going to see back with this ridiculous kind of service.
Never going to order again from this web shop, because in case of something going south you will get 0 support and their answers after a week to your query.

As the website claims 2-4 days for shipping and the order was meant to be a gift, i cannot wait much longer without a reply
It seems they have major issues with sending the orders and communication

When i entered dhl website the package appeared not to be with them , on niche website it apperared still in processing

I bought Westman Atelier set - blushing, highlighter and liquid bronzer.
When I opened the bronzer (Liquid Super Loaded), I noticed it smells bad.. really bad.. when applying it, there were little lumps…
I know they use plant based oils, so I think it oxidised over time..
So I immediately reported that to their customer service..
and instead of offering to replace it and compensate somehow for selling an expensive OLD product, they offered me 25% discount on future purchase, or returning the product..
needless to say, I have no intention of buying more products (on a discount I can get any other week), not knowing the quality of what I will receive..
so not recommending shopping from that place..

Let me start by saying that I placed an order with express delivery within 48 hours. I urgently needed makeup for a wedding. The order was shipped only after 7 days, and delivery took 5 days. A total of 13 days instead of 48 hours. The wedding took place without makeup. I couldn't do my makeup.
When the package arrived, I noticed it smelled and looked strange. Upon opening the box, I found completely different products. Inside were damaged Gisou shampoo and conditioner. I didn't order them. They looked and smelled terrible. I started coughing, and my eyes turned red. I forced myself to take several detailed photos and immediately sent them to customer support. Today, they told me I'm a scammer and my account will be blocked. They warned me they can't help me anymore.
I urge everyone to stop shopping at this store, as it's a scam. They stole my money, ruined an important occasion, and refused to take responsibility. Anna Zimerman is a fraud!!! I demand that my complaint be reviewed and that they send me a new, normal package. Otherwise, I will contact the media and report this to the police. Order No. DSUQA2757632
