Great products, for people with acne and oily skin. I used the face wash and serum, both products are magical in texture and action. Free shipping, even from Spain to Portugal, arrived in 3 days! Also contacted customer support and was super happy, great service. The best in Europe!

What can I say? I just love the products and the customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced.

My whole skincare routine is based on their products, especially Therapie and transparent lab.

The lightweight sunscreen is my holy grail and I use this product since it’s available every day.

When something is wrong with an order, the costumer service helps really fast. No long discussions, they just help.

Do not order from them. It's a scam - I've never received my item. I've tried reaching out to them several times, but they always respond it will be delivered soon (and it never does). They refused to provide me with a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Very respectful and responsive. They responded to my emails in about 1-3 days and were very polite. 100% recommend.

I ordered the oil-based cleanser again because I like it very much and also the rose calming cleanser and the ceramide treatment, I'm exited to try these.
I only had a problem with the delivery company, but the Customer service of Nichebeautylab was amazing and they helped me.
(I will just never again put in a luxembourgish adress for delivery, but a german one for future orders because of repeated problems with the delivery company)

Missing item in the package, never got it, never got the money back.
They sent me 2 instead of 3 sunscreens. I was trying to get the missing one for weeks now. Or the money back. But nothing came. Customer service is bad.
I spent so much money on niche beauty already. Me and my family are going to stop purchasing there as this was really disappointing.

I love their products as the Lightweight Sunscreen or Zitproof patches.
I accidently ordered a wrong item and the customer service reacted the next day with cancelling this wrong order and sending me my money back. This was possible because the item has not been packed or sent. Great service! :)

I ordered something on August 3 and it would take 3/4 working days for it to arrive, it is now 12 days later and I still don't have it. According to the tracking, it hasn't even shipped yet. I contacted customer service but there was not much help. Hopefully I get my package soon!

I ordered several products from Niche Beauty Lab during the promotion period in July.
The nightmare started right away as I had to wait for over two weeks until they finally shipped my order.
I emailed the customer service several times begging them to send the order while getting generic answers that they were working on it etc.
The ridiculous thing was that one of my friends ordered two days after me but received her order a week earlier!
So the company was not fulfilling the orders in the chronological order but rather randomly.
My advice - if you cannot handle promotions, then do not do them!

This was not it!

I waited and waited for my package which was supposed to arrive within 1-3 days (according to the company itself).
However, the package arrived after a week.

When I opened the package, I noticed that one of the products was damaged. The cap was not glued properly and when I took the product in my hands, the cap fell off and a lot of the product spilled out on the floor (and remember this stuff is NOT cheap - it is like 50 EUR).

I emailed the customer service right away with the pictures and you know what, they did not even care. They started demanding a more detailed information as if they were suspecting I was lying.
Then out of the blue, two days later, I received a request to return the entire order, so they could send a replacement!
This was such a joke! Did they really expect me to send everything back, wait for two weeks until they receive and register it, then wait for another 2-3 weeks to get a replacement.
So I will finally get my order, when? – in October?

Of course I declined this ridiculous offer and wrote an email saying that I want nothing from them and just want them to leave me alone.
To which they replied, offering me a 15% refund on that one damaged product!!!
I was literally speechless when I read this!

No further comments. Such a big disappointment!

I have been a skin care enthusiast for a few years. I started with The Ordinary and then moved on to Korean cosmetics. One day I watched a video where No BS beauty (USA beauty reviewer) mentioned Niche Beauty Lab. I looked into the company and found out their factory was near where I live, in Catalonia, so I had to give them a chance. I couldn’t be happier! Their sunscreens are second to none, even better than many from Asia. I am in the process of trying out a range of products and so far I have not been disappointed. Furthermore, I had a problem with the delivery of an order and their social media team bent over backwards to help. So, I would highly recommend Niche Beauty Lab.

Outstanding customer service. Always helpful and solution focused. Shipping does take quite a time sometimes.
But everything is well packed and all products are as described. Can recommend!
