Fantastic products, serums creams work's soo great on skin and I'm using a lot of them. They have high quality products and i use most of them from lines Theramid, Transparent and product for acne...I'm stunned with quality - actually amazed 👏 bravo. Service great, professional fast answers on questions, employees are kind and professional 👌. So I highly recommend this rising 🌟.

We ordered the product since Nov 21, 23. Today is Dec 15, still not receive the goods yet.

We started to contact the customer service,
On Dec 5: Asked when the goods delivery.
on Dec 6, They reply it should be arrive soon.
On Dec 13, We still did not have it and followed up.
On Dec 15: They reply it is already in DHL service pont.

We went to the DJL service, there is no goods there.

We ask for the refund. So far no response.
If you want to order the goods from this Niche Beauty Lab, Please think twice, im case you are bad luck as me.

The customer service did not make me satisfy as above info.

The package ordered on November 25 has not yet arrived. They still don't have an answer, where is the package, when will it arrive, will they send a new one or return the money?!?! I'm really disappointed

Products and prices are very attractive and nice. Customer service is always helpful.

Last night I wanted to place an order. When paying, the price increased by $15. Very upset by the company's policy. It is false advertising to raise prices on sales days.

Had an order get lost in shipping and I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and solved my problem without question. I already love their skin care products so having prompt and professional customer service is just that added cherry on top.

I love the products. They work really good for me and I order my staples on a regular basis. But besides the great products, the service is always 10/10. Niche Beauty Lab, you do a great job!

Very fast and helpful customer service! I had placed an order and noticed some hours later that I had ordered something by mistake. They exchanged the wrong product with the product I actually wanted, then shipped it. Love that :)

I have been getting there glycerin for months. I really love this product so much and that it comes in glass and that Niche takes sustainability seriously. Can't wait to try more of their products!
Also, I had a minor issue with an order once and customer service is and was the best and went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

I bought a product (Hyalulip Preserve) which had really good reviews on their website - pretty much all were 5 stars. After using the product for a month I realized it really did nothing and wasn't really pleasant for use.
When I left a review with 1 star saying the product is actually rubbish, I realized it's not showing on the website. They only allow reviews with 5 stars, which I honestly doubt are all true.
Really shame cause I was still actually interested in trying some other products, but I probably won't be doing so.
EDIT: I don't understand why you're explaining to me about what Hyalulip Preserve does? I've read the description and I know what the product is supposed to do. I have Hyaluronic acid in my lips and your product does not do anything even remotely close to prolong the effect of the said substance.
Also, this doesn't change the fact that you're not publishing bad reviews which is also a huge issue and red flag.

Smooth ordering process and I felt well informed at all times (e.g. about delivery of a pre-ordered product). When I had a problem with my order, customer service was very friendly and replied fast and even sent me the missing product in a bigger size. Last but not least - great skincare!

DHL lost my parcel. The customer Service from Niche Beauty Lab answered immediately when I told them about not receiving their products. They have contacted DHL. Now their shipping their products again. Great customer Service.
