Sooo, as many here, I fell for theramid vitamin c ads. It was heavily advertised and promoted on TikTok. After some time I found the original website, not a reseller. And it happened to be sales season. I ordered a bunch of products for 50 euros.
I made my order on Wednesday and awaited for delivery to take a few days (as they mentioned on the website). Since it was the Easter week I didn't panic that delivery was delayed.
The week went by and my order was still processing. 1.5 week and still nothing. Here I started to worry.
I checked out their Facebook page, then Instagram and trust pilot. All these were full of complaints. At first I even started thinking that this company is a scam :)
Some people were waiting for weeks for the delivery.

I reached out to support and asked to process my order at their earliest convenience as I was going on vacation. And I need these products as soon as possible. Also, since leaving the country I won't be able to get the package till June.
The support replied on Friday that they will ship the package today. "Today" didn't happen.
On Monday I was ready to ask for refund as the whole experience was just disappointing. But the support reached out again and confirmed that they will ship the products today.
On Monday they only created the order in the system, so my hope to get the package till Friday was close to zero.

To my big surprise the delivery arrived to Rome on Thursday. That's great news!
It took 2 weeks since the order date.

Also. I read here a bunch of reviews that some people got expired products. And after carefully examination of my products I didn't find any dates. So I have no idea if they are good :)

Overall, it's my first experience with this company and it was just stressful. Also, it was my first stressful experience with the beauty company and I just didn't expect to face such issues with a brand like that. Your products are all the internet and there are dozen of comments under each post with people asking where their packages are.

I can't comment on the quality at this point, but have high hopes.

Customer service was quick and responsive and even follow later with me about the order. Customer agent Carla was very friendly and responsive and provided me with necessary information.

sadly I ordered my favourite product from them and am still waiting to receive it or a refund.
lovely website though. slightly bummed out

My wife was very excited to try their products but unfortunately after 2 weeks of waiting, the order wasn't even dispatched, yet alone delivered. It was made during a promotion period and it seems the trend is for these orders not to be fulfilled. 2 stars because they were very quick to issue a refund, but there was no explanation why they never shipped it.

Products are just perfect for my skin (ceramide, azelaic serums) and service is very good fast shipping, quickly responding customer service

The products are top notch. My skin looks and feels so much better. Customer service responded right away. I will be a life long Customer!

I am in love with your beautiful high quality serums in Theramid and Transparent line, work's so great on my rozacea and mature skin so this time I ordered my favorites in xl packages, and some new products that I' ve heard that are great as spf cream and calming cleanser. I am very happy that I found these great products and even better is when I can get them on dicount with free shipping!! After getting in touch with your customer service, everything about your brand is perfect. Thank you very much on that, it's feels like you really take care for your customers. And please don't ever change your products or customer service policy.

Amazing customer service! Love their oil cleanser and it's a better price and cleaner ingredients than any other I've found. There was an issue with my order and customer service replied thoughtfully and thoroughly right away and sent a replacement product for free. I got it two days later! Love this company.

Ordered on January 15, today on January 29 I still only see "electronically registered" in the shipping tracking, although on January 18 I was notified that it was "on the way". So I certainly won't be ordering here again.

The problem was clearly on the postal end, but the store's team acted swiftly, arranging a new delivery to an alternative address in another country as per my instructions in our communication. Last time i purchased a serum that wasn't discounted yet, but saw in the morning that the product was part of a special offer. Again, i only needed to reach out to their team and they sent me a refund of the discounted difference. I really appreciate being able to speak to someone and all these kind gestures. Thank you 🩵

If you buy from Switzerland, the prices shown are in CHF, however, you are charged in EUR and have to pay the import costs via DHL. Quite rude and not acceptable really
