Every time items are not available and I got contacted to change the items

Clicked on the link through a known associate/sponser of Nichegallerie. Have an account I can log in to. Made a purchase for Nishane Ani X, paid for and everything and have the email to say so. Since doing these things I’ve had complete radio silence from the company, I’ve reached out to them via email, instagram and WhatsApp, none of which I have had a reply from. Unfortunately will have to go to the bank to report and try get my money back if I’m not updated in the next day

purchased 2 bottles for a total of 1963 AED. Package got stuck in customs because they would not provide a proper invoice/receipt. got returned to the seller. They will not refund the money, even though I've sent a dozen emails.

Really I’m disappointed after more than 500dollars perfume smell fake and they don’t reply I don’t recommend this site at all don’t spend your money

I purchased 6 different brands products from them for 5250 sr
After communicating with the original brands, they confirmed that web sit is fake and my fragrance is fake . I have screenshots of the conversations. When I wrote a warning to people, they blocked me on Facebook and Instagram.
A warning to anyone planning to buy from them.
Counterfeit products, not original.
And God is sufficient, and He is the best Disposer of affairs, against all the bloggers who run ads for them.

Original products and fast shipping service

I would not recommend anyone purchase from these guys! Purchased two items on the 25th of January 2025 and have not received it. Emailed them on my first email address requesting an update and was told they would get back to me and the ghosted me. Emailed them on another email address requesting my purchase or a refund but they have now gone to ground again. It has been almost two months and now I have had to get my bank involved to retrieve my money.. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUST WORTHY AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
