I came across this website whilst searching for a niche perfume I had been wanting for the past five years and I almost gave up but this company had it.

The costumer service along with the packaging was nothing short but OUTSTANDING!

I had bad experience with niche gallery, at first I thought it was a one time thing and I should give them a second chance but unfortunately after three times of purchasing I can easily say they are overpriced, beside one of my purchasing I discovered it was consumed before shipping it to me.
Despite the evidences that I have shared with them ( photos of the consumed perfume) where I showed to them the level of perfume was clearly low and the inner sealed label was broken which means that this product is not authentic 100% and might been replaced with other liquid, instead of seeking the costumer satisfaction they kept replying arrogantly denying these facts which they should take it in their consecration as area of improve.

Will definitely buy more from this store. Their representative is very accommodating and sweet. They’re fast in delivery as well, just ordered yesterday and I got the items today. I’m in loooove and very satisfied with my purchase. I got the Matiere Premiere in Santal Austral and it’s the Perfect New Year gift for myself. ✨💌💗

🙂It was great, the perfumes were original and well packaged, the prices are competitive and good and I think they can offer better prices.

☹️ What I didn't like was that the shipping did not include some taxes and some fees, which made me pay a sum of money to the carrier.

The delivery was extremely slow, and I struggled to figure out how to apply the discount code. I reached out to customer support, but I didn’t receive any helpful answers. The whole experience felt like a test of patience rather than a smooth process. I wouldn’t recommend it.
