Thank you to the team at Nicholls Residential(Epsom) for making the home‑buying process straightforward and friendly. From the very first viewing with Serena—who was approachable, informative, friendly and answered every question—you had me interested in the property from the start. Graham, Georgia and Ian were terrific in managing follow‑up, clearing up queries and ensuring everything moved along without delays. At the final viewing, Tara was equally warm and helpful, offering great insights and putting all doubts to rest. Their communication was consistently clear and timely through to completion. I’m very happy with their service and would gladly recommend Nicholls Residential to anyone house‑hunting.and also thank you for the lovely gift.

Professional and efficient service from Bradley. I had an issue with a window in my rented apartment, and he came over within 24 hours to fix it and contacted the landlord on my behalf. Just what I wanted.
We sold and purchased through Nicholls who were nothing short of excellent in the service they provided to us, despite a tricky purchase that took some time to complete.
The team's communication was always timely, clear and honest. The whole team always seemed well briefed about the latest situation of our sale/purchase and they were always willing to help where they possibly can.
A particularly big thank you to Simon Carney who consistently went the extra mile to meet our needs and who was always diplomatic when trying to manage mine, my partners and our buyers expectations.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicholls to prospective sellers/purchasers. We've bought and sold through them on two separate occasions and always walked away impressed with our overall experience.
Chessington Branch (+Ian at Ewell!)
They negotiated dogs, puppies, cats and us!! No mean feat 😂. As well as being professional they were friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble (even the ‘in shop’ visits with Looney Luna!). I’ve been thinking about moving for 10+ years and they’ve been with me all the way! Can’t thank you all enough. Thank you so much guys!
I would wholeheartedly recommend Nicholls residential for a house sale. The team at the Epsom branch, particularly Paul and Martin, went out of their way to ensure our rather long (Covid-related) and complicated chain was kept intact and resulted in a successful sale and purchase.
We'd previously been on the books of other Epsom EAs who had disappointed with their 'promise a lot and under-deliver' approaches; it's also unlikely the 'Saturday junior', with their mind on things will sell your house.
The maturity and continuity of the Nicholls team was key to our sale and purchase and that's what you'll get from Nicholls. Persistence, understanding and delivery - what else could you ask for?
Sold my property through Nicholls Residential and I could not fault the service I got from Ian, Simon and John. They went above and beyond to resolve any little issue that cropped up with our sale. Excellent customer service!! Thanks guys!!
Ian and the team at Nicholls Residential in Chessington were great at helping us speed up the purchase of our new home when it kept getting stuck between solicitors. A great job and very helpful.
We used the Chessington branch to rent our home out. Simon was friendly and offered a good price but the service after signing was appalling. We were fully managed and the tenant had a problem shortly after moving in, we asked that Nicholls manage this. It was a comedy of errors that meant after two months we had to step in and sort ourselves. The three month inspection and consequent inspections failed to mention that our tenant had never once cut the grass in our 100ft garden. When I spoke to them I was told ‘well we can’t make them cut the grass!’ I thought the tenancy agreement was put in place for just that reason. As it was they didn’t cut the grass for a full year and it took us ages getting the garden back. Over the year we rented our home Nicholls took over £1500 and did nothing for it. We have now put our house on the market and used purple bricks as this estate agent has left a bad taste in our mouths.
We used Nicholls Residential to both rent and subsequently sell our house in Chessington and were extremely impressed with the service. Though lots of things were really good, the biggest stand-out feature was how determined they were to help us get a tenant and then a buyer. Nicholls really put the effort in to get people through the door to view the property, and then made sure they followed up with them, giving us feedback on a weekly basis.
If you have a property to either rent or sell I can’t recommend them enough - I very much felt that Nicholls were on my side and were looking after my interest, which was especially good since we were not living locally at the time. A great service.
I cannot recommend the Chessington branch highly enough. Ian, Simon and John were both professional and personable. I really felt they had my best interests at heart. They took time to listen and kept me up to date with events every step of the way. Having dealt in the past with the stereotype pushy estate agent wide boys, it was an absolute pleasure to know that my property was in the hands of honest and trustworthy people.
Nicholls Residential (Chessington branch) have been fantastic throughout our sale. We have not once had to chase them up on anything, the purchase of our house has been very smooth thanks to their support. From the very beginning of getting a valuation to viewing other properties, we have consistently been greeted with friendly staff. They are professional, understanding and reassuring, we have not once felt pressured and they have been fantastic at keeping us up to date too. We dealt with Ian, John and Simon whom have all been brilliant!
Excellent service from viewing to completion. First time buyer and the advice provided during the process was extremely helpful. Also helped dealing with solicitors that were slowing down the process, relieved a lot of stress!
Having used a few agents in the area these guys were by far the best. Honest reliable people who could not do enough for us and was an amazing help to an elderly friend. Simon at the chessington branch and paul at epsom are 2 of the nicest most hard working estate agents i have ever met. Amazing!
