I went there for a glaucoma test. They were so friendly and thorough. I was so impressed. They explained everything to me and took loads of scans of my eyes. I think I found a new optician. They were wonderful. Very happy 😃

Eye test at Nicholsons.
My visit to Nicholsons was a really comfortable, friendly and above all professional experience. I was so impressed by the customer care and thoroughness of the eye examination as, during the process important discoveries in the state of my overall visual health were discovered that had been overlooked during recent eye hospital appointments, giving me the understanding I need to improve the condition.
Would recommend these guys without hesitation.

Nicholson Eyecare were referred to me by friends. I was seen to immediately and helped me with regard to the seriousness of my cataract. I had to wait only one full day for a follow-up appointment to be made with the eye 'surgeons' Thank you very much to Nicholson Eyecare.

Excellent optometrist, explained everything as she went along. Put me at ease during a possible tricky diagnosis. I got stuck in traffic and was late but they still saw me. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A modern and caring optician …
The whole experience at Nicholson eyecare was pleasant and professional. Modern equipment made measurements quick and non - traumatic. Measurements of acuity made automatically were carefully checked manually to ensure acuracy. A new machine was able to closely examine the retina to allow early warning of degeneration or diabetes. I recommend this excellent practice.

I am already a very happy customer of Nicholson Eyecare and when I needed to see someone recently about an urgent issue they dealt with this in exactly the same way - with a prompt, caring and very professional service.
A very thorough examination was carried out and the process and findings explained in detail. This was hugely reassuring and I can’t thank Clare and the team enough. I look forward to going back for my regular eye test later this year.

I had an emergency and I was seen to very quickly even though they are not currently my opticians (they will be soon) I was treated with care and was told everything in a very easy to understand manner.
I was referred to the hospital for further treatment and the email that was sent by them was already there on my arrival.

Great ophthalmologist, very professional and thorough
I had an eye infection and my surgery recommended Nicholson to me. Could have not been happier. They gave me an emergency appointment the next day, did a thorough check on my eye, gave me some treatment and I had a follow up appointment the next day to make sure all was good. They are extremely professional and caring. Great practice
