Shock to the system. THE UNSAFE UNUSABLE FURNITURE HAS NOW BEEN COLLECT. 6TH OF JANUARY 2025 IT WAS DELIVERED. REPORTED AS UNFINISHED WHEN DELIVERY CREW WERE HERE. THEY DISAPEARED DESPITE BEING ASKED TO WAIT WHILE I SPOKE WITH SUPPLIER. SENT EMAIL REQUESTING A REFUND. NO REPLY. I CALLED. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER. " WE DONT DO THAT ". REQUESTED INSPECTION. GAVE 6 DATES IN TOTAL. THE MANAGER LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID " IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT". I EVENTUALLY CONTACTED THE HEAD OFFICE. I WAS ABUSED INTIMADATED ACCUSED OF DAMAGING THE FURNITURE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER CRAIG HARBISHER WAS ALSO ABUSIVE AND LIED ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS. I EVENTUALLY TOOK THEM TO COUNTY COURT. HE LIED ON COURT PAPER WORK ( I BELIEVE THIS IS ILLEGAL ). THEY ARRANGED TO COLLECT THE FURNITURE. ONLY AFTER COURT CASE WAS IN PLACE. THEY WERE ADVISED ALL MONIES I HAD PAID OUT NEEDED TO BE PAID BEFORE I WOULD RELEASE. HE AGREED. YET ANOTHER LIE. 3 ATTEMPTS, MONEY NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. SENT THEM AWAY. COURT GAVE THEM 2 DAYS TO REPAY BALANCE. I HAVE OVER 100 EMAILS. AT LEAST 120 PHONE CALLS.

Look on the other Nick Scali trust pilot review as there are so many shocking reviews. I have had an awful time with this company and am now having to go through a small claims court to get compensation after my sofa was bobbled, sagging and had pooled fabric within days of it being delivered. Photos are not able to be posted on here as they have removed this feature knowing full well it is because customers will be able to fairly review this company and have evidence to prove the quality of furniture they are providing is extremely poor. After being in contact with them within a day of delivery they sent an ‘indépendant’ assessor that pulled my sofa apart restappled the fabric and took staged photos saying it was not a manufacturing fault. Within a day the baggy pooled fabric was back and I’m left with a sofa that looked tatty only weeks after it arriving. Today the custom service team sent me an email telling me what bobbling is and how it’s 2 fabrics rubbish together and to do a de bobbling machine on it! I’m fully aware what bobbling is however on a 6 week old £2000 sofa it should not happen if the material is of a high quality. My last sofa from next I had for 7 years and it still looked new. The time and upset this has caused is actually beyond horrible and the only option is now taking them to court as they refuse to help even when provided with full evidence in the forms of videos, photos, emails etc. They will now comment stating my complaint has been addressed etc under this review when it fact it has just been ignored. I am actually shocked they believe they do not need to adhere to consumer rights and are actually a company who scam people. The quality of the sofa instore is of a far better quality of the one I have had delivered- again I have over 10 minutes of video footage to back this up and have visited 2 different stores to be able to have the evidence of this. Please spend your money with a reputable company who provide quality furniture as I have now lost almost £2000 on a sofa that is not fit for purpose and is of below standard quality- I am based in the UK and just to preface my order took 14 weeks to arrive after ordering in store.

Awful. Brought a sofa in August 2024, had engineers out twice to recitfy an issue which they claim wasn’t their fault. Now both USB sockets have stopped working and unable to get anyone at customer services to answer a phone. Going to the tip and calling it a bad decision to buy from them. Avoid.

Disposed of my old furniture after being told my sofa was being delivered the following day, only to be told that evening the sofa would be a further three weeks and there was a clerical error. We didn’t have any furniture, they offered us half the delivery cost as an apology, the money and the after-care package we had purchased finally turned up two months after the delivery and this was after countless phone calls and emails. In store they are brilliant everything after that was a total nightmare.

Brought from previously known as fabb furniture was missold from day one the sofa and cuddle chair I paid -£3850 is not fit for purpose I have complained so many times and got no where so I advise anyone to stay well clear and google fabb furniture reviews and even go on face book there so many complaints about the company and they will not help you once they have had your hard earned cash my sofa and cuddle chair looks about 10 years old and it’s not 12 months old terrible customer service

The worse sofa company I’ve ever encountered, we bought a sofa and once the payment went through their attitude completely changed, they became so arrogant and wouldn’t even answer simple questions about delivery dates.
When the delivery came and the sofa wouldn’t fit in the house they refused all refunds and returns, even though the finance company and delivery companies said we were entitled to it as soon as the agreement has been cancelled.
Their general manager in the Croydon branch needs to be fired as he is the most arrogant and dishonest in the shop, they didn’t even inform us of delivery charges until we signed the forms.
Avoid at all costs, I will be emailing their head office go file a formal complaint.

I ordered a sofa from Nick Scali back in November. I was fully aware that I would need to wait up to 13 weeks for delivery, as the seller is very transparent about their timeframes. The sofa arrived on schedule, and I couldn’t be happier. The style, colour, and quality are excellent.
The delivery team was professional, arrived at the agreed time, assembled the sofa, and took all the packaging with them, leaving the room clean and tidy. It was great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and more likely I will be buying again from Nickscali.

I have just purchased a new sofa costing over 4K it was delivered with both recliners requiring new mechanisms as broken and the chaise has a twisted frame. No response back as we are not wanting to accept/keep this faulty product but are still paying for it !! No reply by email and telephone number is a joke and never answered so no way of contacting them. Disgraceful customer care !

I was assured at the time of purchase that I would receive regular updates throughout the process. I received none. I had to physically visit the showroom for every single update, and even after waiting an entire month, I still had to go in twice just to chase basic information.
I was told my order would be delivered in early January. Instead, I received a confirmation for early February. I replied immediately and requested an estimated delivery time so I could plan my day accordingly. I received no response. When I tried calling the number provided on the confirmation, it wasn’t registered or reachable.
I then contacted the MK store, and the sales representative refused to assist in any meaningful way. Instead, I was told I would need to pay again for redelivery despite the lack of communication being entirely their fault.
At this point, I am genuinely tempted to let them keep the sofa altogether. This has been an appalling customer experience from start to finish. Absolutely awful people to do business with.

In house staff were good but lacked professional appearence, one had selotape holding glasses together and one had un-ironed shirt and trousers, however they were good sales men, We choose this company over another due to the service and promise of great aftercare etc etc, however i was accused of lying by one of the team as he couldnt see a problem via picture then know one gets back to you, over £3k later, we have a centre console that doesn't work and won't connect, Makes loud noise when you use it, sofa is stupidly uncomfortable bars digging into our backs, missing parts to the sofa.
Reported straight away and we are currently nearly 5 months in and still has not been fitted and no response from customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!
ALL INVOICES AND AFTER CARE PACK FOR CLEANING IS FABB FURNITURE, ITS JUST BEEN RENAMED BUT CHARGING MORE AS AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY WITH GREAT SERVICE.
