Awful After Sales Support
I have to say that the sales staff are excellent, as is the product. However, the after sales leaves a lot to be desired. The suite arrived on time and the fitters were excellent, but the power cords for the consoles were not there. The fitters advised Nick Scali at the time and I also telephoned to say the same. A week later, the silence was still deafening!!! I had to raise a “service request”, the response to this was an email saying they usually respond within 5 working days. I’m sitting here with two non working consoles, all they need to do is send the cables to me, but nothing seems to be happening. Let’s just hope that nothing serious happens to the suite, as sending out cables seems to be a step too far for them. If Nick Scali are reading this, the invoice number is GK0072H and we’ll see what happens.

Went out for a floor…came home with a couch!
My husband and I went out floor shopping and ended buying a beautiful couch from Nick Scali in Farnborough that we saw in the showroom! We had popped out to look at flooring and thought we’d browse in some furniture shops…. And ended up finding the couch of dreams. Jedd at the store was such a great help to us, and I can’t fault the service he gave us. I would recommend the store, and specifically Jedd highly. We never felt like we’re were being sold to. And importantly, the prices were great- the quality far above the price point.

Kully and Sana were really helpful and lovely in guiding us with measurements and showing the available options. They were polite, professional and patient. We visited the Coventry store and I would recommend the store for their wide range of sofas. I am hoping there are no issues with craftsmanship and the quality of the sofas is matched to the sofas featured in stores. Many other reviews have pointed out that this could be an issue. Fingers crossed. Will be writing another review after receiving the product.
