Rugs have been delayed till late May. No apology, no explanation, exceptionally poor customer service.
Ordered 5/01/26 original delivery 21/01, then put back to April , now maybe delivered end of May, possibly. Why do I not believe anything they say ?????
Just DO Not Buy from this company.
I await the usual AI response of ‘ We need more information’

Popped into Nick Scali Coventry - Richard was incredible from start to finish. In other branches I have found staff quite overwhelming, but Richard was perfect! Introduced himself but then left me to decide what I wanted, talked me through everything. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! I took delivery of two larges leather reclining chairs at yhe end of November 25, by January they look shabby and baggy, with the leather pooling on both chairs. I reported my dissatisfaction with them and eventually an "independent inspector " visited to look at them. He went yo great lengths to explain that he was independent and had been in the furniture business for over 20 years. In his opinion there were no faults with the goods, but suggested thst to much material had been used during manufacturing. He told me that he would be putting forward a recommendation that additional padding be put into the chairs to take up the slack and improve the appearance.
When Nick Scali came back to me with their conclusion snd a copy of the engineerreport there was no mention of what he spoke about with me and there was no suggestion of anything being offered to improve the furniture. When I challenged this decision I was referred to a handbook about expectations.
I have bought many leather sofas and chairs over the years from different manufacturers and have never encountered products with such poor quality, or poor customer service. Would i recommend this company, absolutely not.
I will take advice on my rights but I am just so disappointed that there is absolutely no offer of support that could remedy the fault and leave a customer satisfied and considering an additional purchase and providing positive feedback.

Visited the Leicester- Fosse Park store and was really impressed with the whole experience of choosing my furniture. As soon as entering the store the ambience/layout of the store was impressive. Abdul (Store Manager) was extremely helpful, not pushy or in your face but instead very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There is so much choice and the quality is exceptional. Overall I would recommend to all my family and friends.

We were after a new suite and never heard of this company but Elliott was really helpful. Showing us some 2 seater settees electric and at first did not want, but showed us the manual and I soon changed my mind. Would recommend them.

The coach I ordered is nice, but it was delivered dirty and 2 missing cushions.
It has been 3 months and nothing was resolved yet

Absolute rubbish. Save your money all the reviews are very good for sales staff in store. Wait until it is delivered it’s complete different very poor furniture and service. You get the same reply on trust pilot we will look into this further load of rubbish. You struggle to get customer services to answer the phone and they are not helpful at all. They will send their inspector out to say there is no problem. This company is well below standard. Do not use it will be at your cost.

We have waited over 14weeks for the delivery of our items. Every time we call for an update we our bounced around and brushed off. We have paid out invoice to have our delivery scheduled which cost £200 but still do not know when or even if our furniture will come. We were passed the information for the delivery company a when we called they said nickscali had not processed our invoice. Dealing with the Croydon outlet and it’s management has been so frustrating and not the type of customer service you expect to receive when you spend thousands on their items
