We visited your Thurrock store on Saturday to look at your corner sofas,it was so nice to walk in and not be pounced on by over zealous sales people,we found a sofa we liked ,then Gareth popped over had a very polite & informative chat about different materials and the colour, we decided to go and look at about 8 different furniture stores ,but we couldn't find anything better, also all the other stores were like raptors on us ... following us around the store which to us is a big no no,we returned to your store and ordered our sofa with Gareth who again was very professional & polite.we look forward to our new sofa in the next couple of weeks.Again want to big up your employee Gareth he is a very good salesperson .

Before it was called Nickscali he used to be called fab furniture back in May 2024. I complained to them about a mattress that I was sold and from then till now I have been in contact with them. Back in 24 a spring come through in several places in the mattress that I paid £700 for. I was speaking with a man in a Colchester branch which was called Nathan and also speaking to a man called Craig apparently Nathan‘s been sacked and been told that Craig is nothing to do with him. No more upon ringing head office I found out that Craig still worked there and is denying all knowledge and then told me the day in emails that he wants no part of it and will not give me no information so now I’m left feeling absolutely robbed. The mattress has been sat in my garage since 24 obviously it’s nearly 2 years. The mattress is not gonna stay clean and has some mould on it because they never come and picked it back up they never refunded me the money and now they’re refusing to do any sort of business with me or speak to me about the matter. I have all email proof I would stay away from this company. I’ve seen so many reports of this happening to so many people this is an absolute joke. Stay away trust me on this one.

Visited the store twice. On both occasions the staff were very helpful and polite.

Never use this company!!! Purchased a three piece from Fabb Furniture. The warranty was supposed to be covered by Nick Scali. I also purchased an additional warranty via Cartalan group at the time of purchase. One of the armchairs failed within the year but they refuse to repair it. The shop and the insurance company just blame each other. Please be warned. Do not fall for their lies.

After a lengthy reply, saying they will get in touch,and looking into problem.Still over a week later absolutely nothing. Really advise people not to shop here. Nothing but false promises. 3 times over a period of time they said, of course we will get straight back to you, but never do. They just hope you give up.

I went into the Lowestoft branch nr32 to have a look around a lovely man Simon approach me. He introduced himself and asked if I needed any help.. I explained my criteria and possible colours I would like..... Simon knew his products and showed me suggestions alternatives I could have and would like... After a test seating I soon made up my mind which sofa set I was having... the process was extremely easy and Simon showed me the colours and alternatives available to me... Simon was adapted his skills to my needs. He made it easy for me to decide. Whilst paying a deposit the Manager Jimmy was also friendly, polite and accommodating. This is a lovely welcoming shop. So thank you for a pleasent experience. Looking forward to my new sofas in June.

Really unhappy with the service. We were assured multiple times by the Croydon store manager, Jamie, that we would be getting the right hand facing chaise sofa, which he assured he had in stock. My partner paid, was given an invoice (of which it had only an order number, no specifications but we were satisfied it would be right as we were insistent about the layout and were promised multiple times) and that we would have to pay £150 for delivery to a separate company. We paid the company a couple of days later, had it delivered in 6 days from order, but the wrong way round. We had to send back and told would now be 11 weeks. Looking online, the right hand facing sofa was NEVER available in 1 week and so we were purposely mis-sold the wrong sofa hoping we would just accept, likely to rush through their commission. The sofa is now due (told today) in July, which was questioned and just told “11-13 weeks” of which it will be closer to 20 weeks by that time. The company is dishonest, the quality looks great (we saw the wrong sofa that got delivered, was exactly what we we saw in store) but we are now being expected to pay the delivery fee of £200 (note this is more than we were quoted at the time) and this is not acceptable. Really disappointed with something that sounded so promising for a couple buying their dream first sofa in their first place, but has ended up becoming a nightmare causing issues with us doing the rest of the things we want to do.

Despite previously, Leaving a review of this Company’s none existent customer care service from even the so called manager? And despite Nick Scali’s response to my review , trying to come across as that not how they want to be perceived, as a company wanting to address thier errors it’s all just for show! They have done absolutely nothing to rectify their breach of contract & 10 days on I’ve not heard back from the manager & have had to chase after him yet again to find out why my refund is not forthcoming, it’s not rocket science a Mastercard refund can be implemented immediately ⁉️ A month on I’m without anything to sit on , no attempt to once be seen to step up to their error & prove they give a shit🤬😩 Please Avoid❗️ Avoid ❗️Purchasing any Furniture from this Company………⚠️👎

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Nick Scali Furniture to think twice.
I spent £1,800 on a sofa and paid £150 for delivery, (where you don't get any choice of the day or time frame they deliver so if you're not available you have to pay another £150) yet the delivery was still a complete mess. When the sofa finally arrived, the delivery team discovered one of the legs was missing and two of the legs were different colours. Because of this, they had to leave the sofa lying on its back, making it unusable in my living room.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of urgency from customer service. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours, but that never happened. I’ve chased multiple times and have largely been ignored.
At the time of writing this review, over 10 days have passed and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. For a company selling furniture at this price point, the service has been shockingly poor.
Paying nearly £2,000 for a sofa only to be left with an unusable product and poor communication is unacceptable. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
If this is how they treat customers after they’ve taken your money, it raises serious concerns about their customer care.
