Much better cladding than some of the other local suppliers.
Like all shiplap, there were a few splits and knot holes, but not as much as others I have bought, so remember to add a little bit when ordering.
It would have been nice to have known when the delivery was taking place, but it was a pleasant enough experience.

Being able to purchase online is a great improvement than having to wait to be served in person at the timber yard, where the wait is always lengthy. However, there is no communication on when the order will be delivered, it simply arrived without advance notice. Had no-one been available the order would have been left on the driveway with the risk of it easily being stolen. If you’re going to offer online ordering you should offer delivery date options at the same time.

Easy to order online, it would be nice to have a time slot for delivery or a phone call about an hour before hand! I didn’t know it was coming and had to leave what I was doing to get home! But the skirting boards I ordered are great! Thanks

Delivery service was quick. I ordered picture rail in 4.2 metre lengths, came fully wrapped which protected it from the rain. Picture rail was excellent quality, straight and free from knots. I needed more but was able to to collect on a Saturday morning. Very helpful staff.

Timber is great and delivery is on time. Particular mention of fantastic delivery drivers who always seems happy to help and chat while unloading. 4 stars because office staff feel always like hard work to deal with. Never that friendly and you always get the feeling there is something else they would prefer to be doing! Slow quotes are an issue.

Would use again, just shame about staff experience.

Good quality timber, cut to size and delivered on time and you can call them up to talk to them if needed. Perfect.
