Good all round excellent customer serbice
I went into Nicks Timber to order decking joists and decking planks, the service from Amy was excellent, a delivery date for Friday morning was arranged, it duly arrived, the driver was great and unloaded all the timber by hand and placed it near to our back gate.
Everything from beginning to end was seamless, good old customer service values, well done to the whole team.

Brilliant service
The website is easy to navigate, online ordering is a breeze. When I arrived to collect my trellis it only took a few minutes and the member of staff was courteous and brought it out to my car. This was my second time ordering and collecting from Nick's and it's now the only place I go for my wood. You can tell they have been in business for a long time and long may they continue.
