Great platform and team

I've been using NicNames.com for most of my domain needs and I couldn't be happier. As someone with close to 100 domains, I was a bit nervous at first, but their platform made the whole process so easy.

The website is really user-friendly - the domain search tool is awesome and I love how they give you AI-generated name ideas. Transferring my domains over was a breeze too. And the pricing is just unbeatable, especially with their current lifetime deal.

What I really appreciate though is how they're staying ahead of the curve with all the blockchain and Web3 stuff.

Overall, NicNames.com has been a total game-changer for my online presence. I tell all my friends to use them.

Terrible company.

Terrible company.

They sold me domains that are on blacklist. Refuse to give a refund. NEVER BUY DOMAINS FROM THIS COMPANY!

We’re sorry for the confusion, but we want to clarify that the domain names you purchased were never blacklisted—not at registration, and not afterward. The issue you encountered was due to the default IP address the domains pointed to, which belongs to a shared network. That network’s IP was blacklisted for MX (email) records, not the domains themselves.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately replaced the default IP with a clean one across all affected accounts. We also notified you that you can assign any IP address of your choice to your domain names, just as many users do. This gives you full control and flexibility.

Despite these efforts, you requested a refund based on a misunderstanding of how domain and IP blacklists work. While we always try to help, it’s important to understand that the domains were fully functional, never blacklisted, and the problem was external to the domain registration itself.

If you need any help pointing your domains to a custom IP or configuring them properly, we’re here to support you.
