UPS is the weak link in otherwise great service
I could tell through tracking that my order was filled and shipped immediately; unfortunately, UPS was very slow and didn't pick up the package from the sender's drop box for 48 hours. When they did pick it up and offered me a delivery estimate, they were off by 24 hours... and then missed the delivery time by 3 hours. So I rate your company 5 stars, but UPS took a week to deliver the package and it's not the first time I've had problems with their service.

Overall, I'm very happy with this vendor.
Great product selection and excellent customer service. It would be an improvement to offer an alternative shipping option besides UPS, as it’s not always the best choice (at least for Portugal). Prices aren’t the most competitive on the market, but I continue to shop here because of the quality selection and reliable service. Introducing some customer loyalty offers could also be a nice upgrade. Overall, I'm very happy with this vendor.
