SCAM..NO easy returns or Money back

I emailed after a month not receiving my items, 2 wks later they came, they were not what I ordered, very poor quality. On the website it states 30-day Money back Guarantee if the product doesn't meet your expectations, simply return i for a full refund.
I emailed asking where I can return it to to get my $$ back, first they sent back that it is very expensive for me to return items back overseas and they may not even receive it which would leave me with nothing. They offered me 10% refund and keep the jackets, I have now refused 35% refund, and they feel this is a fair resolution. I told them that I want my Money back guarantee, they just ignore that. I have now seen several posts with my similar experience... this is so frustrating... I have no one to call, no address where my attorney can serve them.

This store is a joke

Extremely disappointing experience with this store.
They make cheap, poorly sized women's clothes. They look great in their ads, but after waiting weeks to receive my order, nothing fit nor was of quality material.
Their sizing chart is not even close to being true. I always wear a large, which is what I ordered but everything was made much smaller than stated.
Says it’s a New York store but clothes are made in another country, and that’s their excuse for not allowing you to send their miss-sized clothes back.
In fact, they told me to keep them and give them away and they would credit me back 20% of what I paid and I should be happy with that.

Stay awayThis company states in the order a 30…

This company states in the order a 30 day refund policy. There is no way to reach them to do a return other then emailing the company. After many requests the offered a 30% refund and told me it was too expensive to ship the item back. The jacket I ordered was a piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME THE TOTAL COST. STAY AWAY

Total scam

This company is a scam. Ordered two fleece pullovers, two different colors. Order arrived after more than three weeks only to find two of the same color. Extremely cheap made, look nothing like the photo shown. No return information or paperwork enclosed. One item looked huge and obviously was after I tried it on and found that the size tag had been ripped out. Plastic bag that it was packed in had an “L” sticker on it but this would fit someone the size of an NFL lineman. Slick, shiny polyester with some cheap cotton lining. Seams look like a third grader sewed it together. Just complete junk clothing garbage. Do not buy from this global scam company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I purchased sandals that upon receipt I realized they were not remotely like the pictures advertised and were very poor quality. I tried to return them but they would only give me a 30% refund and would not provide an address or phone number to contact.

Nicole Wooley Clothing - Scam

Beware of the scam company. I ordered a jacket
and it did not fit. This company refuses to return
my money even though it states in their policy
they are willing to do so. You have 30 days. There is
no phone number to call and no address to locate
them. Janet Boyer

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. They have a refund policy that says you can return items within 30 days. They do NOT honor that policy. Been trying for a week to return an item. They refuse to give me return instructions , and instead, offer me 10 % of purchase price refund. NO
