Very good i do like it thank you very much

After ordering Iceberg snus I discovered that it was All expired. Most of it a year ago. Given that each pack only cost 0.99 pounds Im not too disappointed, but I would much rather have paid more for a good product if there was an option.. 0.99 did seem sketchy but I had ordered from that website before and it was satisfactory. At least if they warned that the snus is expired and hence this hilarious price.. Obviously it couldn’t have been without a catch, and I knew it. Its just sad there is an option to pay more and get good product, and one is left to order this garbage

Fantastic service and range, quick delivery. However, they have a points reward system for loyal customers. I have built up a considerable amount of points (Over £100 worth) but there is no way to claim this. I have emailed over 10 times regarding this and not one response. If they fix this I would give 5 stars but they fact they ignore emails and do not deliver on the points promised to loyal customers I have to give one.

I purchased some nicotine pouches from nicoplug on the 15 of November ,today is the 28 of November and still not ear from you . Payment was made at the purchase .
Still on the site that order confirmed but not shipped,when the policy of the company says that I would receive it in 2 to 5 days.

This isn’t the first time I’m ordering with them. But it’s the first time I’ve been sent the wrong product (flavour / strength). When I sent two-three emails, explaining the situation, and that what I ordered is similar but NOT the same as the one I received. No one could bother to respond to my email, which is a shame, as in the past, their services have been top notch. So I’m afraid, this will be the last time I order with them. Have found another website that has sent what I actually wanted from this place. So, order at your own risk, and don’t bother sending customer service an email. You won’t get a reply.

Order has been sitting in a sorting facility in Australia for well over a week now with no further updates on when it might be arriving to me in Melbourne. I’ve emailed Nicole support multiple times with no response and Aus post is no good either. Wouldn’t recommend Nicole if your not in the uk I guess I’ve lost like $50 aud

Once again you have excelled in your customer service. I ordered 14 tubs of snus on the Thursday morning and I received them on the Fri lunchtime, this is why I keep ordering from this company. I don't pay delivery charges & I also receive 10%or more off my bill. I ordered 4 more tubs from another company, just because I couldn't get them from nico plug, I was charged delivery & the snus was also dearer than what I pay, so again I will stick with nico plug. Highly recommend & if you have any questions or need help, you have a member of staff answers your message very quickly. All in all I love this company, & will keep ordering from here.

I place an order on December 23. My order status still says order placed and not shipped yet. I have sent emails to see if there is any issue with shipping. I have not received any reply from the company at all. I have never written a negative review. I am ver frustrated and disappointed with this company right now

I never got my 20 tins of sibs I ordered beofre Christmas. Not impressed

First class service as always half my order was out of stock and I was contacted to let me know and I was able to add items in stock to my order. Then it arrived the next day.

Got my package no problem with 0$ duty coming to Canada. Will order again
