I have purchased 2 dog harness collar and leads no problem maybe a bit slow in coming but really good quality unfortunately one of dogs chewed his lead and the company have offered me another one free of charge that for me is good customer relations so I can highly recommend

I ordered Inflatable Car Air Mattress Bed with 02 Pillows - Beige in August and now it is nearly the end of October! Don't trust this company because they have ignored my emails. so far.

Despite worries from review ratings, I have to say that a slowish delivery was acceptable and the heated motorbike gloves came as described. Perfect fit. Working order. Absolutely lovely. I'm thrilled to bits.

Brought an item from this place and I then looked over at trustpilot to see the reviews and after seeing them I’ve asked for a refund 3 hours after I purchased the item and to cancel my order and it was on a Sunday where it’s supposed to be closed so then they responded on a Tuesday still saying there sending it out and I’ve said no I want to cancel the order and a refund and they keep going in circles to send out the product still even tho I’ve asked to cancel my order and they say there a company from the uk but are based in china

Ordered a product off their website. It arrives late and when I opened it, It was the worst quality piece of crap I’ve ever received. I requested a refund immediately But went round and round in circles trying to get a returns address as they kept trying to give any other options other than a full refund.
After I got the UK returns address, I sent it 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail, got a photo of the parcel being delivered back to warehouse but still not refund.
I sent Nid fashion all the evidence of the returned parcel. but still wouldn’t give me a refund. They just sent me a different returns address and keep being messed about.
Do not buy from This Chinese shop, it’s cheap, It’s crap and you’ll never get your money back.

Tried to get intouch for them to at d me the right size shoe I ordered email bounced back and cos their not replying it will be well after the 14 day return thing

I'm honest but this company isn't. I ordered a pair of sandles the quality is terrible. They are not the same as the picture. Will not be ordering from this company again 😡

avoid this company. I ordered a cooling harness for a dog in mid-May, apparently it was shipped but it never arrived. Later, they supposedly sent it again but I didn't get the tracking number and they stopped responding to my emails. You don't want to have stress and you don't want to lose money, avoid them.

Avoid at all costs!!! I spend just under £50 on a digital projection necklace for my daughter’s 21st. It arrived and the quality is very poor. The chain is extremely thin and fragile. Definitely not worth the money. They give a London address but it came from China.

I ordered a SUP pump which arrived but only lasted 30 days or so. I tried to get a warranty repair/replacement under the 12 months warranty, but they never respond to emails or messages. I am about to report them to trading standards and get the directors of this rubbish company into some real bother.

I bought a pair of Sandals that unfortunately didn't fit. When I requested a refund I was offered 40%off and keep the sandals. I wanted a full refund. It was agreed that I would get a full refund but I would have to return the Sandals to China and pay the postage. When I complained I was given an address in London to send them to, which I did. When I emailed asking where my £40 was they promised me it was on its way. I have not received it.It has been four weeks and my emails are no longer replyed to. Do not use this company.

I must admit I am very pleased with our dog ramp, good quality, looks good, and does what it says on the tin, it took a little bit longer to arrive but it was worth the wait.

Disappointed with the quality of the trainers, cheaply made, advertised as orthopaedic shoes, cant see anything orthopaedic about them, returning them forthwith.

Do not waste your money. The orders coming from China, the quality is poor. My order is coming with different color.
They paid my money back, but they didn't pay the return shipping cost.

Update . So 8 weeks later no goods and no refund !! I got a email to say they have sent the same goods again . I had requested a refund. This followed by another email to say that I should wait for the

Give a 33% refund ? I declined and asked for a full refund , they reply was I needed to arrange them to go back to now get a refund . At my cost ?? To CHINA .

This company should be shut down , they sell 💩 and will never refund you. They said they would take care of this total lie they won’t ..

I paid £79.99 for a large dog ramp so my greyhound who is unwell could get into my car. The item was sold by Nidfashion and was allegedly made in the UK. It never arrived.
I was given very short shrift when I contacted the company to say it had never arrived. They sent a false tracking number and told me Evri had delivered the package. But Evri had never contacted me at all and they usually send several emails when they are going to deliver something. When I put in my postcode to find the delivery details, Evri did not recognise it. From reading other people’s experiences, I realise now that I have been scammed.
Nidfashion completely ignored my second email and when I contacted them a third time they sent me a patronising email and ignored what I had said. I’ve lost my money.
Please DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shocking company the shoes were not cheap, I couldn't even get my feet past the ankle, it's hard to get a customer support contact, the man called me 'Dear' even when I told him not to, only 1/3 cost offered for non return and I didn't realise it was chinese- the return address he offered was china so horrendously expensive, nearly half the cost of the shoes. Utter utter rip off. Shoddy shoes, poor service!!! Avoid avoid!!!! 😡😡

I placed an order for sandals that arrived but not to the expected quality, and the size did not compare to my usual size in the UK. I informed the supplier who told me that I could return them which I did. I have received a refund for the sandals but thought it was important that UK customers be aware that sending back a pair of sandals (not heavy at all) cost £15.45, which was not refunded. This is a considerable expense, and the supplier should make it clear that return costs are the buyer's costs.
