Only giving one star as you can’t give zero - do not buy from this company sandals turned up damaged no returns label given as stated on their website now ignoring all emails to refund - being made in China but Nidal Najibi is in Morocco reporting them to Trading Standards - everything he states on website is fake no customer service at all - do not waste your money sending back to China send them to Covent Garden as cheaper cos you will not get your money back for returns. He finally refunded my money but not the returns cost.

I ordered, as advertised, Pavers orthotic sandals, suitable for planter fasciitis, with arch supports. The item delivered was definitely NOT leather , had no support at all .VERY POOR QUALITY. ,….. what a con.Even the offer for free returns “phone for prepaid label” was also a no go . Just cost £15 45 to return them . So now await the full refund .!!!! Take my advice. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Ordered a mini air con unit. Took a whiile to arrive and when it did, it was damaged. THEN I read the reviews and my heart sank.
I emailed them and within 24 hours received a reply requesting photos which i supplied. Then began the offers which if I'm honest, wouldn't be my first choice. Would've preferred straight forward exchange. Didn't really fancy returning item to China at my expense but i did accept a replacement for half price. Given the reviews i didn't expect it to arrive but within a week, it did!
I used the reply path on the initial email to thank them for sending the replacement but it was returned unsent as recipient couldn't be found.
It wasn't a great experience but the item I bought was good quallity. Not sure if I'd buy from again though.....seems a bit hit and miiss

Ordered a heated waistcoat at an inflated price of £50.00-when it arrived it was very substandard to say the least, and had no heating battery included. We were told to return it, which we did at a cost of £17.00 to China. 8 months later - Royal Mail have just delivered it back to us! We have emailed, phoned with no positive results. This is a SCAM company getting away with taking money from unsuspecting customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND LEFT OUT OF POCKET AS WE ARE.

Absolutely awful company and i think tried to scam me. They sent shockling poorly made sandals. When i asked for a refund they offered me 33% and to keep the sandals, I declined. Then they offered me 50%. I am fuming, i shouldn't have to barter a refund.
I tried to call the phone number on the site but it was a recorded message however i heard a beepas tho i could leave messages. So i called constantly leaving messages ls as well as emailed them saying that i will contact my bank to recover my refund if they didn't give me my refund within 15 days and i will reportthem to trading standards.

They then told me i can get the refund but have to send it to china at my own cost for delivery to which i pointed out that they have a uk address on they're site and that it is not my responsibility to send them to their warehouse.
They finally gave me a uk address to send them to and i have received my full refund.

The worst company I have experienced dealing with,avoid these scammers.They send me a broken fan,i did asked for full refund,communication will go far for 28 emails,i which i been asked to send item back to China,i asked provide a return label,which they return policy clearly says what they providing it. They keep refusing to do this,asking me just send them item back,which means i have to pay post cost of my own pocket,i didn't have any prove i send item back.In this case you will losing item and money you will pay for it.Please read a customers reviews on TRUSTPILOT before you make any orders with them.Every single customer is disappointed with them.AVOID them !!!!

The sent wrong size shoes and told me to return it on my own cost to China, the company slogan is ‘Designed In United Kingdom’ but it was spelled as ‘ Unitek Kingdom’, I pointed out then it was corrected. It’s a bad scam company.

Awful I ordered a light clock phone charger! not compatible with Uk electrics so fused the whole house!
Occasionally promised a minor refund . Told me to snd back to china then it gave a london address which cost me £15 and it was returned to me a few months later! theyre a total con!

Ordered a heated body warmer in December and contrary to others, the item was delivered and worked ok. However it then suffered a electrical fault, burning a hole in the jacket and my wife's jumper and gave her a minor electric shock!

Have emailed Nidfashions directly and also off of their website. Not surprisingly, no reply and the phone number is a recorded message. Will be referring this to London Trading Standards as an unsafe electrical item.

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered gloves that took ages to arrive. They were not what I expected so was told to return them for a full refund. That was 6months ago and still no refund. Have emailed and received a few emails back from them but I want my money back. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Sent wrong colour necklace even though when I spoke to someone on chat on day of order where they said it would definitely come in the colour I ordered. Emailed them and no response.

WARNING” Was told to do return item to china, even if company address in Covent Garden , cost 20 £ was told to get refund for return and my money back for returning the “fan that was completely rubbish” no money back and ignored on emails, company phone is not working, “ scam company “

This company is terrible and I would stay away. How they are allowed to continue to operate is beyond me - are there not rules for these things? They eventually refunded my money after I hounded them with emails for a week and threatened to report them for fraud. They tried to ask me to send it the product back to CHINA!! I refused and eventually they agreed I could send it to their London office. Still waiting for my postage to be refunded - will be pestering them daily until they refund it!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering, thought this was a UK company, if I had known it was China I would have avoided due to a previous bad experience. Bought an AirTag Wallet £49.99 for my husbands birthday at the weekend. Just tracked my order and it says it was delivered 2 hours ago! (6.30am UK time) it wasn’t. I guess from reading the reviews that I won’t see the product or get my money back either. Looks like I’ll have to buy again from a reputable supplier or I’ll have a disappointed hubby on his birthday.Lesson learned read reviews before buying anything. Fuming 😡

Ordered a pair of rechargeable heated gloves in November 2022. Eventually arrived 4 weeks later, obviously from China and not the UK address on Nidfashion website.
Charged up ok after 5 hours and not the 2 hours suggested when charger lights turned green.
2nd attempt to charge the plug became very hot and lights remained red after 6 hours.
I assume faulty batteries.
Tried many attempts to contact customer service which promised response within 24 hours.
No response came and basically wasted £56 on a pair of gloves.

I bought a heater for £89.98 from NIDFASHION in November and paid extra for express delivery. It took weeks to arrive and this week the plug over heated, melted and welded itself into the electrical socket. I now need to have an electrician fit a replacement socket. Luckily I was there when it happened otherwise there would have been a fire. I see now that there is no electrical name plate on the device stating it's electrical characteristics. I notified NIDFASHION and asked for a refund only to be told the warranty is only 30 DAYS. Warning to others. Do NOT buy from this company.

Worst customer experience ever, I have order something on the 23rd of December and I am still waiting, even if I paid for a premium delivery.
The package has been lost, and the customer service is awful, they don’t even know policies.
Still waiting for my refund and a response.

Absolute sham of a company. Claim to be British and based on London. Rubbish. I purchased a dog coat. Arrived after 7 weeks of chasing. Came as was not as described and zip broken. Told to return for full refund or keep for 25% refund? Had to return to China at my expense. Guess what no refund and now no contact. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS.
