Just ordered a pair of Orthopaedic sneakers.I paid by direct debit sent email, with address and yet the cannot find my order first off they haven't sent me an order number come to find out although I've done check out the first time when I go to shipping and press it it goes straight back to check out again I only ordered one pair so I am confused if am I getting scammed out of 29.99? Sooo frustrating

Cant even get money back as there is no item to return and no real address even if an item did ever arrive .

CHINESE SCAMMERS
Do not buy from these scammers. This is NOT a UK company as there website suggests. Nidfashion is registered as a company at companies house. It is listed as having a Moroccan owner giving a Moroccan address. Make no mistake it is run from China. Items are shipped from China and if you have any problems (as I did) they ask you to ship back to China at your expense. The UK address they give is a sham address, nobody from this company exists there. You too can use this as a business address for £39.00. There are many many sham companies from this address. I purchased from them through PayPal and it was a nightmare to get my money back. PayPal systems are a disgrace in the way I was treated. The item I purchased was both faulty and not as described. I was given no choice by PayPal but to return the item to the UK address given, even though I gave them evidence that it was a sham address and nobody from the company would be there. This is what transpired, Royal mail tried to deliver the return, but whoever is actually at this address refused to accept the package. This company is a scammer and although it is registered at companies house, it is certainly not operated from the UK and declaring and paying proper UK taxes. The authorities have been informed but my guess is that they will do absolutely nothing. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is my second order from this company. They are easy to work with them. Good communication and good produ ts quality. Recommended

Placed my first order. They promote themselves as a UK provider, which they are not, and the order arrived after a long delay and it was badly damaged. I was offered a 15% refund as I am a new customer!!!

I ordered two Micro HD cameras so that I could watch over my car. The item came after a long wait, the items were in boxes that they did not fit into and they were not as described. They were supposed to be magnetic, they were not, they were supposed to work in the dark, they did not, after charging them for what seemed an age as soon as they were disconnected they did not work. I contacted them and got a template letter starting hello dear. I explained everything, got a mail back saying I could have a 33% refund, I did not accept this and they offered 50%. I told them I was going to leave a bad review and they tried to make it that I was getting a great deal by offering me 60% and allowing me to keep the cameras, I explained that I wanted 100% because the cameras did not work and gave 24 hours to reply, I was then told I could keep the cameras and take 70% or I have to send them back to China, even though they state they are in Covent Garden. I have had this before and what happens is that you send the items back and after several weeks they say that they have not received them so PayPal won't pay you put even if you have proof of posting. So my advice is this is a scam company who will rip you off at any opportunity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE: since I put up this review, Nidfashion have offered me a full refund after I involved PayPal, they stated that if I returned the goods to a London address, I would get a refund. I did that only to have PayPal tell me that I need to return the goods or I would not get the refund. On checking the tracking data, NidFashion has rejected the delivery and told PayPal that they have not received the goods. This company is truly a bunch of criminals, who only want your money, PLEASE do not use them or if you do you will not get the goods which are counterfeit or your money back. I know I am experiencing it right now.

I ordered one of the lovely necklaces, it arrived in the wrong metal. I emailed Nid fashion and they responded within the hour and are sending the correct necklace. Great service!

I ordered a kitchen rug runner, couldn’t believe the poor quality when it arrived and folded into a tiny square package so it was far from flat & impossible to flatten, maybe over time but it wasn’t worth a £1 & cost £27! I got a refund through raising a case on PayPal but the Company asked me to return it tracked and signed for which cost me a further £7.65 which they emailed me & said they would refund but they have now avoided several emails from me about the postage refund & I have not received it! Cheap China products, I will definately not be shopping with them again!

Avoid at all costs. A dodgy company, based in China selling sub-standard products. I bought a cat bed, it took over two weeks for the item to arrive, it was very poorly packed, no box, just squeezed like a ball with a copious amount of sellotape on top. The bad itself was much smaller than in the picture, made out of cheap material, with very bad finishing, on top of that the filling is making rustling noises. Needless to say, my cats won't even go near it. When I wrote to them asking about returns they told me to either send it back to CHINA!!! or accept a 33% discount. I accepted the discount as I suspect sending the item back at my own expense would probably cost half of my refund.
What really infuriated me, was the fact that nowhere on the website has it been made clear that this company operates from China, on the contrary, all prices were in £££.

I really feel that the positive reviews are actually fake just like their products. It really is so disappointing that companies are able to keep trading when you can see how many people have been ripped off including myself. Please please do not buy from this company even if it really does look like a good deal.

Another dodgy Chinese company...very nearly purchased something then just as I was about to submit payment I realised it was International delivery and the business name was different to the advertised name on Google The item I was buying certainly wasn't a fashion item. So I checked the reviews.....glad I did

Placed an order 8/2 but still no delivery. Sent 3 messages asking for an update & still no reply. Really disappointed at such a delay & complete lack of interest in updating me. Really poor customer service.

I am looking into how I can report this company that advertise on Google. I retuned a wireless charger all the way back to China and was promised a refund + refund for postage. They keep asking me to send the Tracking No. which was emailed to them in February. They have the product back and I still do not have my refund. This is Fraud keeping peoples money.

Absolute rubbish company.
Bought a pair of orthopedic shoes and within 6 weeks the crossover straps frayed and stretched. Contacted them for refund or replacement. Response was that I could buy a new pair for 50% off. Since then no communications.

The item I ordered was a very cheap imitation of that advertised on the site.
This company are not based in the UK and the return address is in China, in my opinion to deter people from returning goods as they have two UK addresses.
As soon as you request a refund, all communications stop.
I doubt that if you did return the goods at enormous expense to yourself, that you would even receive your money back.
This company is dishonest with its advertising and business address.

ALWAYS HAPPY TO PURCHASE FROM Nidfashions LTD - they have unusual products, excellent delivery - what more could anyone ask ?
