Customer Service is Above and Beyond

During the consultation, there was a disconnect in the size of cabinet door. I gave the go ahead on the final layout, but when we got the doors, I realized the size I confirmed was incorrect. They could see that they made an error on their end too, so they provided the correct new doors at no charge - they didn't have to do that. I was incredible impressed with their service from the first interaction to the last.

I had a great experience working with Tom. You would never know I used ikea boxes and the ability to customize door styles with unlimited color options with Nieu gives my kitchen the custom design look I was going for. I love that the doors are solid wood and can be painted if I choose down the road. The doors have held up perfectly over the past year and a half.

I like that there's various options for creating a custom look to Ikea boxes. However, during installation there were doors and panels that came with imperfections from the factory, the shades of paint were not all the same, when having to make some small adjustments the quality just didn't hold up and 3 years in we have MANY areas of chipped paint. For the price I expected more. Actual Ikea fronts would have held up better - I can say this from experience.

While the kitchen is beautiful, the quality on the finish is not able to withstan day to day kitchen use. When I wrote to my customer service rep this was questioned, suggesting the contractor was at fault. We take careful care of our home and yet the cabinet doors are severely chipped. I was testing out the product to see if I could recommend it to my clients, but after using the product myself, I cannot recommend it in good conscience.

Very helpful in fure out what I needed based on ikea kitchen design. Love love love the dovetail wooden drawer boxes. Cabinet fronts and panels were all beautifully made!

I had a really great experience! It was a big project, had never done anything like it before. Everything about the process was super easy, people were really helpful. I got everything from Nieu, fridge panels, pantry door, about 15 drawers and more. They really are stunning.

The doors are definitely high-quality. I was a little concerned about getting painted doors, since I've never owned those before, but they have held up very well. (Too bad the counter company wasn't as professional!) I get tons of compliments on my kitchen.

The only unexpected part was that I expected the doors to ship in boxes, but they came wrapped together. They were protected, but it was a bit unwieldy, so be prepared for that. I would definitely recommend Nieu to others!

I am very happy with my replacement doors, they look beautiful and are great quality. A few of the doors were shipped with some minor damage, but were replaced without any issues or delay. I would certainly do it all over again.

I ordered all new kitchen cabinets doors from Nieu and was thrilled with the process and the final product. There was one error in my order, and customer service sent me the replacement no questions asked. My cabinets look great and were exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would order from Nieu again. The product arrived in perfect condition. There was a problem with a couple of the drawer boxes that were not the correct size. I contacted Tom and Brook and the problem was corrected immediately. I would definitely recommend this company. They were very accommodating and easy to work with.

We have had an amazing experience. Our entire order was canceled from another company that makes IKEA fronts, which severely delayed our kitchen renovation. We got in touch with Nieu and our cabinets were shipped to us within three weeks! We absolutely love the material and color, we are so pleased with the overall experience!

Great option for renewing your kitchen if you are looking to save on the professional fees of custom cabinets. The company offers videos and video chats to help customers work through the details of measuring. We took advantage of two of these calls, to double check our measurements and finished door and drawer faces were a perfect fit! The color and style choices offer a wide array of options to help you reach your imagined look. I am so pleased with my new kitchen and it came in at about half price from a full professional revamp with this partial DIY option. I would highly recommend this company!

The product worked seamlessly to replace existing doors. Be prepared for a bit of off-gassing initially. Very happy with the look and ease of process.

Perhaps it is the fault of US shippers but the cost to ship my order from Nieu to the US was astronomical.

Amazing customer orientation! I ordered 9 custom size, custom color Shaker design cabinet doors. The largest were about 30x65”

The company double checked dimensions with me, sent a color sample mini-door to ensure everything was okay.

The doors arrived well packaged with no damage.

Doors were delivered undamaged. I may have missed that they don’t come with glass, but it was never explicitly explained. Overall, disappointed that three square pieces of wood (and hinges) cost over $500, then had to spend an additional $250 to have glass installed.
