Ordered products on 29 Nov, and finally received them yesterday on 15th Dec. It was a large order with several products and it was shipped in thin plastic wrapping. All the items arrived with damaged, crushed and torn boxes. They arrived too late for gifting and not in quality to. I sent photo evidence to company and they keep trying to deflect saying the products are still perfectly fine and that according to their returns and shipping T&C's products does not need to be intact/good condition!! Shocking. Still trying to get return label to return and get refund for which they are stalling and keep offering me 10% off, and stating terms like 'to be clear' 'for transparency' T&C's.... etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING, not UK based, no decent shipping times or practices and products likely to be equally as bad. Certainly not covering my face it in!
I have sent over 3 emails and photos and they keep coming back with more deflecting and not taking action.

Of all the masks ive tried, this one works! The omega collagen one is the one I chose. i have noticeably plump skin 2 days later, i am shocked, pleasantly shocked. I bought them in the Black Friday sale, they came within 8 days (im in the UK). Perhaps the company have sorted out their postage issues that ive read in many negative reviews, because it came quickly to me. The product works!

Estimated delivery to UK is totally unrealistic and done to encourage purchase I believe. This stuff comes from China and despite offering 1st Dec 2025 it’s nowhere to be seen and all they say is it’s going n route which doesn’t help me at all terrible so please don’t buy through these people unless you wanna wait for a month or more

Products arrived damaged and they refuse to replace them. Terrible customer service. Do not admit to their mistakes on what was told to them. Do not buy from them.

Nice face masks but they do take a while to come

Took so long to come and the results from the mask was ok but not brilliant.

Didn’t take long to arrive and definitely not disappointed with the face mask. My face feels so much better after a night wearing the mask and makes my skin glow and reduces fine lines

I would not give it 1 star. I ordered 31st oct royal mail contacted me they are returning to sender and to contact the seller . I did. They said they would be happy to reship if I pay £9.95 . Hang on a minute I've paid for the order and delivery and they want me to pay again . No . They have been saying I never put my address properly missed off my door number . No. they didnt do the label correctly which is why it wasnt delivered by Royal Mail and they missed my door number off. Every one knows no door number no delivery. I am still engaged in emails back and forth 15 in total its now 8th dec . They agreed to reship at no further cost to me so waited ...3 weeks later emailed again with the second and third customer service person . Now they are saying they have not recieved the package from royal mail and they won't reship or refund until they do . So I've paid £49.95 for nothing . They have refused to provide contact details and the person in charge for a complaint . They said no need to contact them again . Very unprofessional customer services. I would never order again . The worst retailer I've ever encountered.

I ordered and tried to cancel within 1hour of ordering , they tried to talk me out of cancelling and after replying and asking to cancel and refund I received no contact until the day after and had actually waited until it was posted to confirm unable to cancel .
Customer service is terrible

Perfect to put on for a relaxing Sunday afternoon revamp. Ready and refreshed for the week ahead love my skin after it came off. Will be doing weekly because who doesn't need a bit of help!!!

Seriously!! Had I known this product had to come from China I would never have ordered it!! So much better supporting companies within your own country. There isn't a Nifora UK. What a hoax. Try to track order!?! Well that doesn't work either. Don't waste your money. Look on Amazon and only use a company that's in your country!!!

Not fit for purpose. Worse masks ever used and unfortunately I bought the bundle ! No serum or moisture but hard masks that don't stay on....tried 4 whilst on a spa break ! Don't waste your time and money.

Although the masks do take a while to be delivered they are totally worth the wait, my skin feels unreal after use, I have ordered 3 months worth now and can not wait to se the end results, this is definitely something I will continue to use on my skin

Saw on IG and wasn’t sure at first but decided to take a chance and so glad I did. One of the best masks I have ever used. My skin always feels hydrated, glowy and looks amazing, in fact I look a good 10 years younger.

Order placed. Took 3 weeks to come. Arrived damaged and incomplete. 6 masks missing from the order and skin care tool broken.
Requested refund as had purchased as a gift. Some items arrived unboxed and the one's that were boxed, the packaging was damaged.Had to pay £12 in international postage fees to return. On informing Nifora I had sent the parcel back, I was then told it was subject to a returns fee of a further £9.95 as apparently some and not all items damaged !!!!

I was sent an incorrect package. They claim eco packaging yet its from an entitely differnet address. They are a scam

Masks are not as described or shown on the website. They are merely plastic sheets and the serum is water consistency. Tried for a couple of hours and the mask did not go transparent as in the slick advertising. Was sent from China rather than UK based as their website suggests. This is a total con. Went through PayPal Resolution and they're insisting I return. But what do you know? No returns address shared anywhere, you have to ask for it. I'm sure if they send me an address it will ensure my expensive tracked package will not make it to its destination so I'll be out of pocket for the product purchase and the return postage. I'm disgusted that companies like this are permitted to operate and why organisations like PayPal don't see through their ploys to avoid refunds. Please don't waste your money like I did. I think there's possibly one legit mask company out there and these scammers (and others) are stealing their footage.

I find long evening routines difficult as i struggle to keep consistency, and also so far i have spent a lot of money trying different products. The problem is I never know what worked as have a mature mixed skin and it’s half to brighten it up.

This musk is easy to apply, even if you didn’t quite for it right. I go to bed wearing it and in the morning I am generally glowing. It doesn’t disturb my sleep at all. Probably takes about 20min to settle and then off to good night sleep. I recommend it!

Have been using its for 6 weeks once a week.

The masks did take quite a while to arrive, but I was expecting a wait so wasnt too perturbed at the delay.

The 2 part masks did not easily fit my face, and im not entirely sure what length face they would fit if I'm honest.
The masks themselves feel very nourishing going on. I wore mine overnight and was quite impressed with how well it remained in place throughout the night.
In the morning it was so easy to remove it was possible remove in one go. But results wise I was sadly under-whelmed. I had bought a Collagen Night Wrapping Mask from Amazon for about £6 a few months ago and that produced more impressive results than this .

DO NOT ORDER !!!!!
I ordered the masks 3weeks ago no sign of the order , no tracing available absolute joke.
