Scammers!!!! Do not buy from this place the entire website is fake!!! I ordered shoes 2 months ago never received tracking number or my shoes. Sent emails only for them to say tracking number will deliver shortly. The phone number isn’t a working number! It’s hard to believe people do this😡

The whole website is fake it’s just some bum ass fat dude in a trap house tryna scam. Ask your bank for a charge back. Don’t risks

Complete scam. Ordered shoes and a minute after I ordered I got a “your order has shipped” email. I waited a couple days and contacted them asking why my shoes are shipped and no tracking number has been provided. They said to wait until the delivery of the shoes to get a tracking number.. the customer service rep Mychelle Bell is a fake person and is probably overseas. I was told to keep waiting with no real explanation. I waited about 2 weeks until I called my bank for a chargeback. This site is completely fake and do not spend your hard earned dollars here.

They sell products that nike doesn't sell yet, and the address of the shop is a lie. It's just a private house.

I am very happy to receive the Air Jordan 5 Retro'Shattered Backboard'. I was worried about the authenticity of this website. I waited for a few days but finally did not wait in vain. I received my shoes. They are of good quality and authentic. , The delivery is a bit slow, it takes about 10 days to receive the goods, but it is worth the wait and I am very satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT EVEN RISK IT. I purchased 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a tracking number. They say that they’re waiting for the tracking number from the carrier, which doesn’t make sense because every carrier provides a tracking number at time of drop off. They keep telling me to “wait” in their mails. I’m barely getting a logical response. This is a fake site. Do not purchase from here or you will be disputing the charge with your bank and who even knows who might have your card information now. One other thing to point out is that on the site it says it will deliver within 3-7 days. It’s been 14 days and they’re not even remotely concerned. They clearly didn’t ship it and the shoes are never coming. It’s hard to believe that malicious people and businesses like this exist, but they do. Be careful and DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I HAD TO EMAIL THEM FOR MY TRACKING NUMBER AND IT DIDNT MOVE FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND WHEN IT MOVED THEY SAID IT WILL COME IN A COUPLE DAYS THEN THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WAS IN NJ AND I DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR THERE! I TOLD USPS AND THEY SAID MY PACKAGE WAS COMPLETELY WRECKED AND YOU COULDNT SEE WHERE YOU NEEDED TO SHIP IT AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO CALL MY LOCAL USPS TO SHIP IT BACK TO ME MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Everything about this is company is fake, including the items they sell completely non-authentic stay away at all costs. Lost out on a lot of money.

The sneaker(NIKE) was damaged and looks fake, and it was from China through the mail directly. I return the sneaker, and they responded DO NOT support the refund. That's indeed a SCAM! I can't believe there is such a bold online fraud in the U.S. I lost more than 100 bucks includes two-way shipping.

NIKE DUNK LOW'ROOTED IN PEACE'. The customer service staff is very good, the response speed is very fast, and they help me patiently. Parcel logistics is also fast. The package I just received today is intact and the shoes are 100% authentic. I am very satisfied with this shopping experience. Looking forward to ordering products at nighshop next time.

STRAIGHT SCAM!!! They never sent me a tracking number, I had to email them more than 5x just for them to tell me that they don't have the product in stock. Said that I could pick out a new product but they never got back to me....been giving me the run around to get my money back

In early May, I ordered AIR JORDAN 5 RETRO'RAGING BULL'2021 from this store because they were sold out elsewhere. After ordering for a day or two, I randomly decided to check the reviews on Google, Trustpilot and ScamAdvisor, and then I panicked. All reviews are very low. A few days ago, I sent an email requesting a tracking number, and received a friendly and useful response (with tracking number) within a few hours, so I am not worried about it. From the day of order to the present, these shoes are packed in a plastic mail bag with a postman box and foam wrap. After receiving the shoes, I immediately checked the shoes and found that the shoes are 100% authentic and very comfortable to wear. I look forward to buying them on this website next time.

Sent the wrong colour shoes. No way of contacting them as that part of the website is down (permanently?).

Sent no invoice.

I had initially bought a North Face 1996 Retro Nuptse White Sherpa jacket which was sold out everywhere. I didn't read any reviews, because first of all, the website itself doesn't allow any reviews on the items bought, and because it was secured by google, so I thought it was legit. After buying the jacket, I waited a few days, and after buying, I read some trust pilot reviews, then I decided to ask for a tracking number to see package updates. What made my anxiety worse was that the website support pages had nothing, the return policies, FAQ pages were not found. They had ghosted me for a whole day, after writing 3 emails, they finally replied and I received the tracking number which is through EUB, which is a cheap shipping company. I waited for about a month until it had finally arrived. After I received it, I read the label in the front where it said the contents were shoes. I then proceeded to open the package and a jacket was indeed inside rather than shoes, and I was relieved. However, I took out the jacket and I realized, there was a color difference between the pictures and the product in my hand, and I saw a Supreme tag on the right arm I realized, it wasn't even white sherpa, it was a supreme x north face paper print nuptse jacket. I was initially really happy since it was going for 1000+ on the after market. I started checking to see if it was legit, but it was a fake, the North Face printing was horrible after close inspection, and inside the shirt there was suppose to be a red supreme embroidery inside but it was missing, and the jacket felt really cheap in hand.

TL;DR, they sent something different from what I had bought, and it was fake, plus 1 month long shipping and slow support response so I got scammed out 230 dollars.

This website is fake and does not have any of the products shown on it. I tried to buy a pair of limited edition Converse and they never shipped them or answered any of my emails and scammed me out of $150. I do not recommend this website at all.

Fake! Scam! All Fake!

I bought a jacket (that was sold out basically everywhere )almost three weeks ago and they immediately sent me an email in which they apologised for not being able to ship it due to the covid-19. I initially trust them until some days ago when I decided to ask updates about my order and I never received an answer because the email doesn’t exist! Please stay away from this website!!! It’s clearly a scam!!
