I just ordered brown baggy jeans size large from Nightcity for the first time. I am from UK so was a little unsure as I had never heard of Nightcity before. However, they were great, I was kept informed if the order progress and could track delivery throughout the process. Item arrived long before the estimated arrival date. Regarding the jeans, they are exactly the colour,and size as stated and fit perfectly, I am UK size 33in waist with 34in leg. They are really good quality as well. I would definitely recommend buying from this clothing outlet and I will buy from them again.

Disgusting quality and a scam.
My poor mother got me many things I wanted from this place on my Christmas list, I was very exited but once I opened my gifts I was APPALLED at the quality of all the clothing I received. She spent over 300 pounds and I am praying she can get a refund, as the quality of these clothes are worse then shein.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM.

Disappointed as was told I couldn’t send back the items due to not having the selected courier anywhere near were I lived. Then saying I missed the cut off date. The returns process is so long winded. The sizing is very off in my opinion hence why I wanted to return.

I had an item missing in my order so I emailed them and received a response the same day. They were accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. Within one day they had reordered my missing item to be sent to me free of charge as well as allowed me to pick a free jewelry item to include in the package. New website, lower prices, better quality
New website, lower prices, better quality... I gave a 3 star a few months ago but I changed my mind today with 3 new orders lol. The products are a bit cheaper so more affordable.
I ordered the same Zip-Up Hoodie twice but in different color and 2 months apart and i noticed a better quality the second time. I have 10 items from this online shop and i can tell people always compliment those and ask where i buy them bc it's really hard to find these designs.
I check this website everyday for their new products and i will keep buying at nighcitclo.
Now, I look forward to see some nightcityclo's hoodies with the same quality as your zip-up one for example. Idk why there arent any yet. And some rings too...

Was not invited or anything but I thought I’d write a review anyway I’ve bought from this site multiple times now and to be honest I expected it to be a shady drop shipping site with low quality clothing and high quality advertising but I was wrong ordered two or three times now and although the delivery is long the clothes so far have been of decent quality setting it apart from the scan sites have successfully returned two items due to size disputes but there was no charge and it was relatively easy

Terrible quality, Terrible service and Waste of Time
I'm honestly very confused how this has so many good reviews! I spent over £150 on this store and was so excited to receive my items and it had such good reviews! However, upon their arrival I was so disappointed and honestly felt duped. These clothes are quite possibly the worst quality I have ever experienced and they are quite expensive as well! What's more worrying is I bought clothes across several categories (though all menswear). I bought jeans, 2 jumper pieces and a shirt. The stitching was falling apart, the fabric was like swim wear, the thread was a different colour to the item and the pictures did not match the clothes. Like, at all. After quickly deciding there wasn't a single piece I could wear comfortably and actually look good in I decided to return my order. They were difficult about this and only offered a refund after we threatened to get mastercard involved. All in all I was really disappointed because their clothes do look really nice in the pictures. Possibly they had a dogdy supplier at the time or whatever but it was not a nice experience. Whatsmore, I bought from this store as they had a pledge to only sell garments made by tier 1 suppliers to ensure fair treatment of employees. I am now dubious of this claim too. Please do not buy clothes from this company and save yourself the trouble!

Fantastic customer experience! I got a very personalized response to my review of the product, which was definitely written by a human:)
So, here's my review about the store. I ordered a skirt after I saw an ad on Insta (info for the store: your ads are working). Before ordering, however, I checked local online stores for a similar item because I didn't want to wait that long. But I didn't find a skirt this pretty anywhere! So, it was decided :)
The skirt was delivered sooner than I'd expected and is pretty good quality. The color is exactly like the pictures and it's perfect for its price. I'll be ordering more from this store and I'm even collecting their coins lol

Bought the wrong size at first and customer service was helpful to get it fixed. The package took a bit longer than most stores to arrive but I think that was because of the pandemic delays.
The cropped sweater I ordered fit really well and looked like the picture.
